6 months ago, I started over.

Living alone in a huge city is better than being stuck in a small town where everyone knows your ex cheated on you.

Here, nobody knows who I am except the kids I teach, and I much prefer it this way.

Until a well-dressed man changes everything.

His daughter is in my class, and while the rest of the school seems to know who he is, to me, he’s just a hot guy in a suit— until he’s not.

I told myself I’d never let a man own me again. I’d never lose myself the way I had before. But they aren’t like he was, and maybe being theirs wouldn’t be so bad.

If only he wasn’t my boss…
