They had so many different means. How would they know how they were coming?

“My gut is sayin’ vehicle,” Liam said from beside me. “They want to be as quiet as possible. This is the shit they don’t want the public to know. Not to mention they would need supplies. They wouldn’t want anyone finding them.”

“I ran Hamilton Holdings through the DMV database and came up with seven vehicles.” Raid moved over to the computer he’d been working on last night and grabbed some papers and handed them to Cruz, Deke, and Buzz. “These give the details on each vehicle. It could be any of them. But it does give us a way to put up recognition software. We may get some falsities, but it would give us a jump start.”

“We can’t let them get their search going for Nyx. We need to stop them as soon as possible. Take them out,” Cruz said.

“What about Thompson? He’ll be there to welcome them to town. We can use him to find them,” Liam said.

“He’s a major fuckin’ problem,” Buzz growled low. “We need him out.”

“We do. But he’s too well connected to just feed to the pigs at the moment,” Ax said.

My eyes darted to Ax. “Feed to the pigs?”

“Fuck yeah. Those fuckers eat everything. Never leave anything untouched. Not even bones.”

Holy shit. “You learn somethin’ new every day.”

“Oh, that’s just a little.” Ax winked at me. “You don’t wanna know everything in this head.”

Mine shook. “No. I’m thinking not.”

“What about eyes on them? Is that possible?” Liam asked.

“I don’t think that’s a good idea,” I replied, remembering that was how this all started.

Liam’s arm tightened around me.

“We should have eyes in the next few hours,” Cruz answered, and I felt myself gasp.

“Please don’t go into their place. It’s not safe for your people.”

Cruz gave me a small smirk. “Don’t you worry about any of us. We’ve got this.”

“You act like you’re used to this kind of shit happening,” I said.

Several chuckles went through the space, and it was Deke who said, “Oh, honey. You have no idea the amount of shit we had to wade through over the years. You’ve just gotta trust us.”

“I’m tryin’. This is somethin’ new for me,” I told them honestly.

The screen on the wall started flashing, all eyes going to it. My heart stopped in my chest.

“Talk to me,” Cruz said, looking at Micah when nothing else came up on the screen.

“Been runnin’ searches on all their money, tryin’ to pinpoint where they’re keepin’ it,” Micah told the room as he typed and clicked on his computer. “Nyx’s right. They’re tight, but I might’ve gotten somethin’. Give me a sec.”

I knew how this was going to go. He’d find something and two seconds later it would be wiped out just like all the shit Screech found. It wouldn’t get us anywhere. Nothing worked when it came to these people. They didn’t get it.

No one got it. Hamiltons were too slick. Too big of assholes.

“I’m in one of their holding companies. Elizabeth Camilia Investments.”

My heart stopped, and every bit of air left my body. “My mom and me.” That wasn’t creepy as all hell at all.

Liam grabbed my hand and squeezed it, knowing I needed his touch.

“It’s divided into three locations.” He kept typing, and I groaned.
