Now that my twin brother is mated and living his best life, I can’t help but yearn for the same. Who doesn’t want to meet their perfect match and have an entire clutch of little ones? Only problem is, no one I meet is good enough to catch my attention, much less get past buying me a drink. How can they be when I spend my entire life looking up to the dragons who helped save our world from demons?
That is until Emmen walks into my life and awakens a side of me I hadn’t known existed. Emmen isn’t similar to the dragons I looked up to. Nope, he’s one of them. So what do I do? I panic and run. It’s better that way… or at least that’s the lie I tell myself.
