He wants me, just as badly as I want him.
He fucks me in the shower, in the bed and against the balcony overlooking the city. When he’s finally had his fill, and my body is limp and exhausted, he orders room service and stands at the end of the bed, beautifully naked, staring down at me as I curl under the cover, exhaling with happiness.
“Why me, little dancer?”
I bring the blanket up to my chin and meet his gaze. “Why not you?”
He glances away, and I sit up.
“It’s okay, you know,” I dare to say, “to feel things.”
His jaw clenches. “Spent my entire life avoiding this situation. I am who I am because I’ve never allowed weakness and you...”
“I don’t make you weak, Marek,” I cut him off. “I just make the darkest sides of you, a little lighter.”
He looks back to me. “Careful, Ellie Mae, I could fuck you again before the night is through.”
My lips twitch. “I don’t think my insides can take it.”
He walks to the end of the bed and then lowers down, moving over me until I’m forced to lay back, his body hovering over mine. “I can soothe your pain,” he growls, sliding his tongue out and running it across my lower lip.
“Oh,” I whisper. “I’m certain you can, but we need to eat...and sleep.”
“Are you saying no?”
His mouth trails down my neck, and I shiver.
God damn.
“Are you saying you don’t want my tongue in your pussy, licking away every ounce of pain?”
His mouth vibrates against my neck.
Oh boy.
The doorbell rings.
“Saved by the bell,” I breathe.
He gives me a devilish look. “We’re not done here.”
Oh.
I have no doubt about it.

EPILOGUE – 6 MONTHS LATER
Flashing lights, the crowd roaring, photographers snapping photos as we finish what would have to be the most incredible show we’ve done yet. It sold out in minutes, and we decided it was best to do another three in this city while we were here. This city, being Las Vegas. The city where people come running for what we have to offer.
They love it.
They crave it.
They want more.
We have managed to get some of the best dancers in the state, and therefore, our show can only move forward. It has gone from a horrible place to a place where people are coming from all over to try out, in hopes they might get a spot on our team. We take new people often, but they need to be exceptional. All of them are.
