“It’s okay, Little one,” he whispered, bringing her in.

She sniffled and grabbed onto his shirt. She didn’t expect this whole situation to go like this, and she didn't know if she should be grateful or angry.

“Can you tell me?” he kindly asked.

“You’re my boss,” she whispered. “I’ve never had a Daddy, but I’ve done scenes with them. I’m a lot of work.”

He pulled away from her and wiped away the tears on her face. Everything in her wanted this to work out, but what would the employees say? She knew Monty wouldn’t mind at all. She was super sweet. Lucy on the other hand could have a problem with her dating or having anything with Jaxson.

No words had been exchanged between Lucy and Sofia, but the looks Lucy gave Sofia was enough to know that she didn't like her. She would always glare at her and whisper behind her back.

“That’s okay,” he whispered. “No one is going to judge you for dating me. That’s how Noah and his Little, Frankie, met. She wasa cleaner here and got to know him. They’ve been together for about a couple years now.”

“Does she still work here?” she asked.

Sofia hadn’t seen any cleaner here, but she could come when she wasn’t here. She also hadn’t heard anything about Frankie.

“Sadly, she doesn’t. She got diagnosed with a neurological disorder and isn’t working right now,” he said. “But you may see her around soon. Noah may bring her here to play with some other Littles.”

She still didn’t know if anyone would judge her for being with Jaxson. She hadn’t met Frankie or knew the atmosphere of the club when Frankie and Noah were talking. Had other people whispered behind her back?

“I also want to let you know that I’m not going to judge you for having some scenes with other Daddy Doms,” he said. “I’m interested in you. I have been since you walked into my office for the interview. I feel a connection to you and I know you feel it as well. And I would love to see where this goes.”

She blinked a couple of times, trying to process his words. He wanted to explore what they have? Should she do it?

“If you want, we can give this a try but if you really don’t want to, then I’ll leave you alone. It’s up to you,” he said.

“Okay,” she whispered, sounding so unsure.

She really was interested in seeing what they could be like together, but she was still worried. What if something happened, and he fired her?

“Are you sure?” he asked. “You don’t have to decide right now. We can talk later about the worries you have.”

“That sounds good,” she softly said.

“Great. Maybe tomorrow before your shift we can?” he asked.

“Okay.”

“Now, how about you go change into your clothes and bring out Trixie. I would love to meet her.”

Sofia blushed and looked down. She had forgotten she mentioned Trixie.

“Don’t be embarrassed. I’m serious in that I can’t wait to meet her,” he said. “She’s important to you so that means she’s important to me.”

Her eyes went wide. She never had anyone tell her that before.

“Come on,” he said. “Or else you’re going to be late to the playdate.”

CHAPTER NINE

SOFIA

Sofia stared at herself in the mirror. She was wearing her highland cow onesie and holding Trixie, a highland cow stuffie.

To say she was obsessed with highland cows was an understatement.

They were the best and so cute. One day she was going to go visit some and she couldn’t wait for that day.
