Hunter

I had been riding an emotional high for the past several months. Jackie was more supportive than I ever expected her to be. She even offered to kick in a couple thousand dollars for my share of the gym. Our share. We were a team.

“I’m ready,” she said. Jackie looked amazing. She had on the new black spaghetti strap mini-dress I bought her for Christmas. I had fond memories of that dress. When she opened the box, she jumped for joy, then ran in to try it on. When she came out of the room, my cock saluted her. Then I bent her over the couch, realized she didn’t have any panties on, and took her hard. She had to take the dress to the cleaners the next day. I was tempted to do the same thing right then, but I had plans.

“Let’s head on out.” I held my arm out for her, and she snaked hers through it. It was date night. We were going out to dinner, then were going to go by the gym so I could show her the progress that was being made.

“You look beautiful in my favorite dress,” I whispered in her ear.

“Thank you,” she said. Her cheeks reddened. I couldn’t wait to get her back home.

We had a fantastic dinner and great conversation, as usual. Instead of driving home right away, I made a stop at the first place I’d ever seen Jackie. It was the day I first knew I’d found the woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with.

“Why are we here?” Jackie asked.

“Let’s take a walk.” I leaned over and kissed her cheek, then got out of the car. I made my way to her door and held my hand out to her after opening it.

“Thank you, kind sir.” Her smile was a beacon.

I closed the door, then took her hand and intertwined our fingers. We took a walk around the back of the restaurant, where the gazebo was. The moonlight was bright and a beautiful shade of orangish-yellow, but its magnificence paled in comparison to Jackie. My heart was racing, and my throat was so dry I could barely swallow.

I sat on the platform where Jeff and Nikki exchanged their vows. Jackie stood before me, looking stunning. Her hands were clasped tight in mine. “I remember the first time I saw you here at this place. That was the best day of my life. I knew you were the one for me. I knew we were meant to be together.”

“I knew it too. Or, at least, I’d hoped it.”

I gave her a slight tug to sit on my lap and wrapped my arm around her waist, then slid my fingers into her hair until I reached the back of her neck. I gently pulled her mouth down to mine. Our lips and tongues melted together. I gulped down her low moan. She was my everything.

“Come on, I have one more stop,” I said. We stood and walked back around to the car. We drove off to the next place I had on the agenda.

“I have a surprise for you.” I wanted her to see the gym. It had been about a month since she’d seen it, and I knew she’d be impressed by the changes.

“I hate surprises, Hunter. You know that.”

“This one you’ll love. Trust me.”

She folded her arms across her chest and sat silently for the rest of the ride. When we arrived and I parked, she gasped.

“What do you think? Pretty cool, right?”

We had the sign complete and hung on the building. It wasn’t lit because there was still a lot of work to be done on the inside, but seeing the name,Brothers Fitness, caused goose bumps to rise all over my skin. It made it all so real.

“I love it.”

“Come on, I want to show you the inside.”

She jumped out of the car before I got my door closed. I jogged and caught up to her, then held her close to me.

“There’s still a lot of stuff to do, but at least you’ll see our vision. I think.” I unlocked the door, then pushed it open and flicked on the lights. I locked the door behind us.

We walked through the huge open room, and I told her about all of the machines and the layout we had planned so far. Then we walked back to the locker rooms. The electrical wiring was done, but there was a lot of work that still needed to be done on the plumbing before the drywall could be finished.

“It’s amazing, Hunter. I can’t believe how much has been done in the past month.”

“I know. These guys are really good. I want to show you the offices.”
