"He is handsome," Addy giggled.

Maya replied to Addy. "Yep."

Parking her Jeep next to his truck she hopped out and closed the distance between them.

"Addy and I were working and I saw your truck here. I asked her to drop me off so we can go to lunch from here. Unless you have something else to do after this."

His smile stretched his cheeks, and he couldn't have been more handsome.

The door to her Jeep closed and she saw Addy making her way toward them. Jasiah smiled at Addy and held his hand out. "I presume you're Adelaide. I'm Jasiah. Nice to meet you."

Addy chuckled. "I'm Addy. Nice to meet you too."

"Thank you for taking Maya's vehicle home for her."

Addy grinned at her. "It's no problem. I'm hoping to have lunch with Rafe soon, so I'd like to take off. Everything's ready for me to go then?"

Maya shoved her cousin in the arm. "Everything is fine. Thank you."

Addy grinned. "Take care, Jasiah. She's not easy."

Jasiah laughed and Maya stared at him.

Addy jumped into her Jeep and waved out the window as she backed from the parking space, then turned and left the parking lot.

Jasiah watched her drive away then turned his attention back to her. "Are you hungry?"

"I'm a little hungry. How about you?"

"I'm very hungry. I didn't eat breakfast this morning. I ran out of time before the meeting. So, tell me the best place to get a good burger."

"Homemade in the Hollow has excellent burgers."

"Let's do it."

He opened the passenger door for her and she hopped up into his truck. It smelled like him. witch hazel and pine and woods. Fresh and wholesome. Her nipples pebbled and she squirmed in her seat.

Jasiah hopped up into the truck and turned the key in the ignition. He backed from his parking spot then turned and drove from the parking area.

She chuckled. "You already know where it is?"

"Yeah. I had lunch there a couple of months ago with my dad. It was before he got so sick. But, I didn't have the burger I wanted to have. So, I'm going to rectify that today."

"Which burger is that?"

"Their Everything Burger."

"Ohh." Maya leaned back and held her tummy. "I can eat for about three days on that monster."

Jasiah laughed and she stared at his profile.

"Why are you staring?"

"I think you're handsome." It tumbled from her mouth before she even thought about it.

He turned his face to hers. She saw him swallow. "I think you're beautiful."
