I look at Lucille, she's got a teary look in her eyes as I step closer giving her hand a reassuring squeeze. "Is everything ok Topolino?"
She nods at me and sighs gently, "Yes everything is fine. Let's sit down, I'm sure you boys are hungry!" Alesso sits first with Teddy by his side then Lucille sits and I slide in last next to her resting my hand on her thigh.
Alesso and Teddy chatter away animatedly about dinosaurs and ice-cream flavours while Lucille looks on and smiles.
"He's like a nephew to me, I'd do anything to make him happy. As I would you and Teddy," I whisper to Lucille. She moves her hand under the table and places it on my leg mirroring my own on hers. My cock twitches as she rubs small circles with her fingers. I put my hand on hers to stop her. "Best you stop that unless you want me to take you to the restroom and have a different meal than what we have ordered."
She blushes a deep shade of crimson and removes her hand. "Thank you for this Cole, it means a lot to us. It means a lot to me to see Teddy happy."
Before I get a chance to reply, our pizzas arrive. The boys fill their faces as Alesso tells us all about his favorite Pokémon and Teddy tells us his too. Once we've finished our pizza's, my waiting staff clear the table and bring chocolate gelato out for both boys. They even make a treat out of it with a sparkling candle in each dish. The boys are beyond excited. "So, did you like the chocolate gelato, Teddy?" I ask.
He grins at me with a chocolate mustache, "It was the best! Mommy can we come again?"
Lucille smiles and turns to me, "If that's ok with Cole?"
"You are always welcome here." I tell them. I look at my phone as it vibrates in my pocket. "Alesso, your dad is here. I'll walk you out to him. Why don’t you say goodbye to Teddy and his mom before you go."
Alesso stands, "It was so much fun seeing you Teddy. Luci, can you ask my dad if we can have another park play day again?" This kid is hard to resist with his big eyes boring into Lucille.
"Definitely, we would love that!"
I move to kiss Topolino on the cheek "I'll be back in a moment then we can go."
Alessandro grabs my hand and we walk out the back where Linc is waiting. "Hi Fratello, all okay?" I ask taking him into an embrace. He nods but looks tired.
Alesso grabs his dad, giving him the biggest hug. Linc smiles, "I've missed you today, Son. I hope you've been good for Uncle Cole." I'd normally offer to take Alesso back for him so he can rest but I have to see Lucille and Teddy back first.
"Alessandro has been brilliant, I'll see you at home later okay my man?" I fist bump him and then give him a quick hug before he leaves with Linc.
I head back into the restaurant area, Teddy and Lucille are putting their coats on. "You ready to go?" I ask.
"Yeah I need to get Teddy to bed, it's getting late." Topolino says, glancing towards the clock.
"Of course, is it ok for me to accompany you home? Then I'll get my bike and go. I don't expect to come in." Lucille frowns and contemplates my words but nods as we leave the restaurant.
On the drive back to Lucille's, I glance in the back and see Teddy has fallen asleep. I smile and look at Topolino, she's looking out to the sky. "I love the stars. We don't always see them because of the city lights. Where I grew up, you could always see them every night. I miss that sometimes.” She sounds sad, I don’t like that.
"I'll take you stargazing one night, just me and you if you like," I offer, hoping it will cheer her up.
She looks at me excitedly, "I'd love that Cole!. Tonight has been great. You really are great with kids. Teddy is quite taken with you, so is Alesso."
I nod and then pull up to her driveway. "I told you. Would you like me to carry Teddy in?" I ask.
"No it's ok, I've got this,'' she tells me as she opens the car door to get out. I walk round to her front door and open it as she is lifting Teddy from the car. Once he's out, I lock the car for her and wait for her to get safely inside. I hang her keys up and lock the door with my own key before going to grab my bike. I don't expect a goodbye. She's probably tired and focused on getting Teddy sorted and I don't want her to feel pressured into having to give me a goodbye if she's busy, so it shocks me when she comes back to the door and shouts, "Cole, aren't you going to say goodbye to me?"
I turn to her and stalk toward her, taking her face in my hands. "I didn't want to put any pressure on you to feel you had to come back out to me."
She just smiles. "You Cole, are full of surprises." She kisses me softly then steps back into the house "You best send me your number so we can go find the stars together." Then closes the door, locking it.
I quickly retrieve her number from the background check from Linc and text her straight away.
Buonanotte il mio topolino, sognami.
I jump back on my bike and drive away before I go back and climb through her window and never let her go.
