“I need you inside me,” I begged.

He pulled me down, his hardness sliding into me. I gasped at the sheer feeling of him inside me. He was thick and long, and I was so tight around him. He rocked his hips, thrusting into me, filling me completely.

He thrust into me over and over, his body connecting with mine. My heart pounded as I rocked against him. I loved the feeling of him inside me. My body shook with need, my heart pounding with pure desire.

“Cam,” I moaned as his body slammed into mine.

“You are mine,” he growled into my ear.

“Oh, yes,” I moaned.

“Say it,” he demanded.

“I am yours,” I breathed.

“You belong to me,” he groaned.

My body exploded, pleasure radiating from my core. My orgasm spread through my body in waves, my legs shaking beneath me. Cam drove into me, his body tensing. I felt him grow even larger inside me, his body convulsing with his own orgasm.

He thrust into me several more times, his body shuddering as he emptied himself into me. My body was still shaking with my orgasm when he pulled out of me. He pulled me up his body and kissed me.

“I love you so much, Izzy,” he whispered. “I never thought I would ever feel this way about someone.”

“I love you, Cam.” I smiled.

“You are my world, baby,” he said, kissing me.

“And you are mine,” I said, my heart swelling.

He held me close against him, kissing the side of my face. “I never imagined I would be here with you. All those years ago I thought about what it would be like to get to love you, but I never dared to let myself think too much on it. When I thought I lost you for good, it hurt. I thought you were going to be married and forever out of my reach.”

“I wish I could have seen what I had right in front of me,” I said.

“You had to go spread your wings,” he said. “I’m sorry you had to go through what you did, but it helped mold you into who you are today. I think you’re perfect. I can’t wait for both of us to grow and evolve into the people we are supposed to be.”

I traced my fingertip over his chest. I had never felt quite so content. He truly made me feel complete. Like I was finally home. This was my future. He was going to be the father of my children. We were going to have the house with the white picket fence. I couldn’t believe I’d never seen it before. He made me so happy, so full of hope.

“I can’t believe I almost missed this,” I said. “I almost missed out on the chance to be with you. You are my whole future.”

“What do you think Lily is going to say?” he asked.

I laughed. “I have a feeling she’s going to be very, very happy. Nothing really changes in her world. She has her family, and she will be loved and protected. That’s what she needs.”

Epilogue

One Year Later

Izzy

The scent of blooming flowers wafted through the crisp, salty air as I stood at the entrance of the quaint Newport chapel. My heart fluttered with a mix of nervous anticipation and overwhelming joy. It was late spring, the perfect time for a small, intimate wedding, and today, I was about to marry the love of my life.

Dressed in an elegant lace gown that cascaded around me like a waterfall, I took a moment to soak in the surroundings. The chapel, adorned with delicate white roses and twinkling fairy lights, presented an ethereal appearance. It was the ideal setting for our intimate celebration, where our closest family and friends would bear witness to our union.

I looked at myself in the mirror and drifted back to the moment this whole journey started.

“Babe, I think I got the last box,” Cam called out.

“I’m in here,” I replied.
