“Lay here, and I’ll be right back.”

She heard the shower turn on before he walked back into the room. “Let’s get you in the shower.”

“Are you going to come in with me?” she asked.

He shook his head. “No. I think that would be too hard for me to hold back. Don’t worry. We’ll be bathing together often.”

He led her into the shower. “I put your things in there already. While you bathe, I’ll call down to the kitchen and have dinner brought up.”

She pressed a kiss to his chin. “You take very good care of me, Daddy.”

He smacked her ass, making her scream. “You better believe it, and I always will.”

Chapter Sixteen

Alex watched her step under the water, raise her head, and close her eyes. He wanted more than anything to get in there with her, but he wouldn’t go against what he knew she needed at the moment, which was his main notion. There would be plenty of time to be inside of her.

The thought of her hot tight ass clamping down on his cock made sweat gather in the small of his back. He was going to spend a lot of time inside of her.

After calling down to the kitchen, he helped her out and dried her before setting her on the counter. They were still blow-drying her hair when there was a knock.

“You stay there. We’re still not done.”

She nodded.

Alex took the tray from one of the maids. “Thank you.”

“You’re welcome, sir.”

Alex set the tray down on the bed and walked back to her. “Let’s get you dry. It looks like Sandy put a lot of treats on the tray.”

“Oh, good. I’m hungry.”

He smiled. “I know, Baby.”

Within five minutes, he had her in bed with her back against the headboard, the tray between them, and him sitting on the other side facing her.

They both ate a wide range of food until the tray was about empty.

Raina grabbed her stomach. “I can’t eat anymore.”

Alex nodded and set the tray on the chair by the door. “Let’s get your teeth brushed.”

He could tell her energy was almost gone, and he stood behind her for support. He followed her back into the bedroom and over to the side she was sleeping on. He pulled the blanket back. “Hop in.”

He tucked the blanket around her when she lay down and was comfortable. He pressed his lips against hers. “I’ll be right back. I’m just going to shower.”

She nodded and closed her eyes.

He turned off the lights but left the bathroom door open a few inches so she could see if she needed to. After his shower, he pulled on some boxers and brushed his teeth.

He turned off the bathroom light because there was a nightlight that would help her see if she needed to go to the bathroom.

Alex tucked her back against his chest, pressed his lips to the back of her head, and sighed.

“Good night, Baby.”

He heard her sigh and then wiggled against him as if to get closer. He was the most content he’d ever been in his life, and he would do whatever it took to keep her safe and loved.
