Something tickling his chest woke him the next morning. He grinned when he saw Raina on her knees beside his hips, running her fingers over him. She looked enthralled and oblivious to the fact he was awake.

“Good morning,” he said.

She jumped and jerked her hands back.

He reached for her hands and put them back on his body. “No, don’t stop. I want you to learn my body as I will yours. Don’t ever be afraid to touch me.”

She bit down on her bottom lip, nodded, and started stroking him.

Alex felt the desire build quickly, and he didn’t want to take her and make her his until later. They had a lot to do, and he wanted it done.

“Baby, we need to get dressed.”

Her eyes jerked to his. “Why?”

He ginned because she sounded so disappointed. “Because we have things to do.”

“Can I touch you again later?”

He lifted one of her hands and kissed her knuckle. “Absolutely.”

She smiled and relaxed.

He rolled out of bed. When he turned back to her, he caught her gaze as it ran over his body. He’d never felt so wanted or attractive because of the hot looks she gave him. It took a Herculean effort to walk away at that moment. He thought he should get some prize for keeping his hands off her for so long.

He dressed and brought out a dress for her to wear.

“You still don’t want me to wear a bra?” she asked.

He shook his head. “No. The dress isn’t too tight, and we’ll just be around here today.” She followed him into the bathroom and let him brush her hair.

“I’ll need to shave later.”

Raina grinned and then squealed when he yanked her into his arms and ran his chin over her cheek and neck.

“Daddy! You’re pokey.”

Alex chuckled when he noticed how red her skin was. He’d have to be careful because of her sensitive skin.

“Let’s go.”

He held her hand as they walked down the steps. Someone knocked on the front door, and he went to answer it. An older man bowed and stepped inside. Before Alex could ask him his name, Raina screamed joyfully, raced over to the man, and hugged him tight.

“Bainsy, I’m so glad you’re back. I missed you so much.”

Alex grinned because the man’s emotions were between awkward and affectionate. Raina turned to him and started dragging the man over.

“Daddy, this is Bainsy. He’s the man that makes the house work.” She grinned up at the man. “I’m so happy you’re back.”

The man cleared his throat. Alex could see the emotion the man hid rather well.

“Of course, I’m back, Miss Raina. We were just waiting until your aunt was gone.”

The man turned to Alex. “My name is Mr. Bains, and I help care for Miss Raina.”

Alex raised his hand to shake the man’s hand, which he didn’t expect. “Then I’m thrilled you came back. I was worried you’d be working somewhere else.”

Bains snorted and looked down at Raina. “That would have been impossible since I still worked for Miss Raina. She paid the loyal staff the whole time we had to be gone. We spent most of our time volunteering for something to do.”
