"Jack!" Ronan shouted.

I let our boy go as he turned and ran into Ronan's arms.

"Are you hurt anywhere?" Ronan asked. He had gone quiet after Jack had been taken. It was a strange relief to hear his worried tone. "You're covered in blood."

"I'm fineDaddy Ronan." Jack groaned. "And you're one to talk, you're soaked."

"Everyone good?" Finn jogged our way. The moment his green eyes landed on our boy his shoulders dropped and the tension in his face fell away.

Jack turned around and Finn was right behind him pulling him into a hug.

"Not hurt anywhere?"

Jack groaned. "Daddy Cian didn't worry this much."

"He's an idiot," Finn said.

"Hey I can hear you."

"Good," Finn said.

His tone was a lot lighter. We were all glad to have found Jack alive. We headed toward the car with no one saying anything. Instead of getting in the passenger seat, I sat in the back next to Jack. He laced our fingers as he rested his head on Ronan's shoulder.

"Thank you daddies."

Finn started the car as I turned to look at Jack.

"For what?" Ronan asked.

Jack yawned, his eyes barely opened. "For coming for me. I—love you guys." His head fell forward and Ronan caught him. Jack was still holding my hand even as he passed out.

"We never let this happen again," Finn said, breaking the silence.

There was no argument. I nodded as Ronan did the same. We'd protect Jack no matter what.

CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

JACK

As soon asI stepped out of the tub, Daddy Ronan wrapped a towel around my body. He'd cleaned me up the night before, but I was entirely too exhausted to do anything but sleep. I leaned against him as he held me tightly. Over his shoulder I watched as Finn and Cian climbed out of the shower as well. It had been a tight fit with all four of us, but I needed all of them right now. I wanted their touch, their attention, their love.

My eyes moved to Finn as he carefully inspected a wound he'd sewn up on Cian's cheek. His fingers moved over it as he lectured Cian to be more careful before he started bleeding again. I smiled at Cian's annoyed look. He might say he hated it, but he didn't move away from Finn. My stomach tightened.

They definitely have a thing for each other. Good for them.

Finn glanced at me and I tilted my head at him. He was the only one that hadn't said the words. I could guess that he cared about me, but I wanted to hear it. I wanted to say it back to him. He went back to picking at Cian and I frowned.

"Jack? You okay?" Ronan asked.

I smiled at him. "Yeah."

"Are you sure you're not hurt anywhere?"

"You've looked me over three times. So have Cian and Finn." I shrugged. "I told you Daddy, I'm fine. A little sore, but fine."

"Do you want more pain medicine?"

I nodded. "Sure, why not?"
