Itook the new box of cuffs from the delivery man. So far Jensen was correct—they were bending over backwards to give us everything we wanted. And that included expedited creation of things which were destroyed, like our previous order for Selena’s cuffs and collar.

They didn’t ask questions either, which was just fine with me.

Retreating into our hotel suite, I put the cuffs and collar away. Today wasn’t about them. We would get to that. Today was about Selena getting her life back. She was sitting between Seb and Nick, looking down at the phone which had taken everything from her.

We checked and triple checked the information and helped her type it out. Now we just had to hit send.

She was leaning with her hands on her knees, a hand over her mouth. “What if they decide it’s not enough? That I’m not done?”

Nick took her hand and kissed the back of it. “Then we’ll deal with it. And they won’t like being on that end of things.”

My Omega let out a shaky breath. “Okay.”

She pressed the button and sagged back onto the couch. There was still a week on her clock for the Syndicate, so in theory, there shouldn’t be any problems.

Seb purred, following her back on the couch. “Good girl. You’re going to be okay, princess.”

“Especially after tomorrow,” I said.

“If I don’t throw up in the middle of that.”

Tomorrow we were going to confront her friend. And have her arrested for murder. Not exactly an easy thing to do, but Selena needed it. Just like she needed to submit more deeply than she would ever admit.

“So,” I said, sitting down across from her. “Now that you’re done and need a distraction, you want to talk about rules?”

Her eyes met mine with a sudden gleam. “All right.”

“And remember that these can change. Because we’re all agreeing to them. And we already know the first one. No calling you a slave.”

“Correct,” she said. “And the next one is that I don’t want to do this all the time.”

“In the bedroom,” Nick said. “Always. I don’t think you’re going to talk us out of that one, sweetheart.”

“I don’t want to talk you out of it.” Her breath went short, and we all scented her arousal. “We could do agreed upon times outside the bedroom. Like a weekend occasionally.”

I chuckled. “No arguments from me.”

She pulled her knees up to her chest. “I might want to sit at your feet sometimes. As weird as it is.”

“It’s not weird,” Seb said, and kissed her cheek. “It helps you. Don’t question it.”

“Okay.”

“Now.” I couldn’t stop my smile. “For some real and actual rules.”

Selena raised an eyebrow. “What did you have in mind?”

“Wherever we move, you’ll have a bedroom, and so will we. But when you’re in one of our beds, I want you chained to it for the night.”

Her eyes went wide, and her scent strengthened again. “Why?”

“Why not?”

“I—” She thought about it. Our little Omega struggled with what thingsshouldbe. It took her time to realize this was just the four of us, and we could do whatever we wanted. “We can try that.”
