He nodded in agreement. “I feel the same. There’s a synergy between the three of us that extends to the children.”

“Yes!” Brie kissed the top of Hope’s head. “It’s as if we’re all on the same frequency, and the resonance it creates is powerful.”

He looked at her thoughtfully for a moment. “I felt that vibration when I first met Durov, but it wasn’t until you entered the picture that the resonance happened.”

Brie was deeply moved by his statement.

When Sir went to take his hat off, she begged, “Could you leave it on just a little longer?”

Smirking, he tipped his hat in answer.

Brie sat in silence, gazing at him lustfully. Truly, Sir was a fine specimen of a man, whether he was dressed in cowboy gear, a business suit, or…nothing at all.

When Hope’s head began to nod against her chest, Brie looked down and saw that her little girl was struggling to keep her eyes open.

“And another one bites the dust,” Sir chuckled. Picking up Hope, he carried her off to join Antony in the other room for a mid-afternoon nap.

Adjusting his hat on his return, Sir told Brie, “It’s still early, but I think the three of us should take advantage of this unexpected gift.”

“I agree, Sir. One hundred percent,” she answered, excited at the prospect.

Brie was surprised when Sir’s tone suddenly became deadly serious as he sat down beside her. “It’s importantthat you honor your safeword today. I know it would be easy for you to ignore your own needs in a desire to please us. But this is the first time the three of us have scened together since you were rescued, and neither Durov nor I wish to undo the progress you’ve made.”

She smiled, reaching out to take his hand. “I know that, Sir. I completely trust you both.”

He squeezed her hand, looking at her intently. “Which is whyweneed you to be honest with us during the scene.”

“I promise, Sir.” Brie laughed lightly. “Actually, I’ve been desperate to connect like this.”

Squeezing her hand again, he said, “I just wanted to remind you, babygirl. In case you get caught up in the moment. Your well-being is the only thing that matters to me.”

Tears of gratitude welled in her eyes. “I love you, Sir.”

Rytsar swung the door open, waltzing back into the cabin with a huge grin on his face.

“You look like the cat who ate the canary,” Sir said with a laugh.

“I am having a very good day, comrade” he announced.

Nodding at Brie, Sir told him, “The children should be asleep for quite a while, so we thought—”

Rytsar clapped his hands together, “Excellent plan!” He suddenly glanced at the children’s door with a worried look, adding in a low voice, “I will pour the vodka. You get the pickles, radost moya.”

She hurried to the kitchen and searched thecupboards until she found the jar of pickles. Laying them out artfully on a plate, she felt giddy knowing the three of them were about to scene together after being apart for so long.

After a round of vodka, Rytsar stood up and held out his hand to her. “Would you like to dance in the sheets with two cattlemen?”

Brie smiled as she took his hand. With a wicked grin, Rytsar led her into the bedroom on the opposite side of the cabin, with Sir following beside her.

Knowing exactly what she wanted, Brie sank to her knees between both men and bowed her head before asking, “May I undress you both, Master?”

“Yes, téa,” Sir answered, his voice low and seductive.

Gracefully standing up from the ground, she started by undoing Rytsar’s shirt, enjoying the elegance of the pearl snap buttons. Not only did they look classy, but each time she undid one, it made a satisfying snapping sound.

She looked up and murmured to him, “I love a good snap…” Brie slowly undid each one and pulled his shirt open, exposing the dragon tattoo on his muscular shoulder. Brie hadn’t realized how much she’d missed Rytsar’s unique scent until now—the mixture of earth, spice, and leather.

Closing her eyes, she took a moment to breathe in the smell of him.
