Brie giggled. “Poor girl has no idea she’s marrying into money.”
He smirked. “No, she doesn’t. And it’s making thiswhole wedding thing a humorous challenge for me.”
Stepping out of the elevator, Master Anderson led her down a long hallway and stopped at one of the classroom doors. “As Headmaster of the Center, I assigned this room for you tonight.”
He winked at her as she opened the door. Brie entered the room, thrilled by how large it was. “Thank you, Master Anderson!”
Placing her equipment on a table, he told her, “I’d wish you good luck, but I know you won’t need it. Knock it out of the park, young Brie.”
“I plan to,” she grinned, touched by his belief in her.
The moment he left, Brie called her assistant Levi, who was joining her for the shoot. “Hey Levi, it looks like I’m going to need you to bring extra lighting and another microphone.”
Brie was grateful to have an assistant on this shoot. After a lengthy discussion with Michael Schmidt, she’d decided to film the interview using her original camera so it would blend seamlessly in with the other interviews she’d filmed.
Setting up her camera in the corner for the interview, Brie arranged the light reflectors and adjusted them several times before she was satisfied. Glancing down at her watch, she noted the time and got out her list of questions.
Brie was especially eager to film the BDSM scene Master Nosh would be demonstrating. She had never seen fire flogging before and was curious to see what it was like. The idea of it thrilled her, and she was honored that she would be the first to film it for a worldwideaudience.
Levi promptly arrived and set up for the demonstration so that Brie would be able to transition from the interview to the demonstration with little loss of time. Tonight, she wanted everything to be as seamless and professional as she could make it for Master Nosh.
As she read over her list of questions one final time, she was pleased to find she was not nearly as anxious as she thought she would be. Playing with the white orchid in her hair, Brie thought of Tono and smiled.
I feel your presence, Tono.
The moment Master Nosh arrived, Brie asked him to sit down so she could make adjustments with her camera before they began. While she did, she told Master Nosh, “Ren Nosaka wanted me to give you his best.”
The trainer smiled at the mention of his name. “Ren…I haven’t seen him around for some time now.”
“He’s been on a world tour,” Brie explained. “It’s become so successful that he’s being asked to extend the tour.”
“I’m not surprised,” Master Nosh stated. “Even at eighteen, he was an incomparable talent.”
Brie stopped what she was doing and told him, “I recently learned that he used to do demonstrations for the Dominant Training course.”
Master Nosh looked directly at the lens of the camera when he told her, “Ren has the rare ability to be exceptionally skilled at his profession, and yet, he has the insight and patience to teach even the most inexperienced novice.”
She smiled, remembering how infinitely patient Tonohad been with her more recently. Following her trauma, he’d spent hours reintroducing her to the love of jute…
It was extremely hard for Brie not to pepper Master Nosh with more questions about Tono. But, knowing time was short, she hit record and sat down. “First, I want to tell you how much I appreciate you taking the time to let me interview you today.”
“Certainly,” he answered, staring at her intently.
Starting with the first question on her list, she asked, “Many people are familiar with the Submissive Training Center but have never heard of the Dominant Training course offered at the Center. Can you tell me more about the course?”
He nodded. “We seek to expand the minds of the Dominants who attend our course. Our students are not just instructed on a wide variety of skill sets found in BDSM. We also dissect what it means to be a Dominant, and walk each student through the process of defining their path as a successful Dominant. Our graduates are not only well-versed in tools and techniques but are also well rounded in their communication and leadership skills as a Dominant.”
Brie smiled knowingly. “As a submissive, I am fortunate to have been collared by one of the Center’s leading graduates. I’m curious, Master Nosh. How is an applicant selected for the Dominant course from the multitude of entries the Center receives?”
He cleared his throat thoughtfully. “We have a rigorous application process in place. The program here at the Training Center allows us to devote our time and resources to those individuals who are motivated tosucceed and still humble enough to learn.” He looked directly at the camera lens when he added, “People with inflated egos need not apply.”
Brie appreciated his succinct answers about the Center and was interested in seeing how he would respond to her next question. “How did you come to choose the BDSM lifestyle, Master Nosh?”
He leaned forward in his chair. “It came naturally to me. As a young man, I had a thirst for expanding my knowledge and exploring my own limitations. When I was accepted to Dartmouth College, my college peers introduced me to the BDSM lifestyle. I found the power exchange dynamic between a Dominant and their submissive fascinating and explored it extensively while I was there. After graduating, I returned to the reservation and had the great fortune to have my interests align with a partner who had an equal level of curiosity and the same desire to explore such a dynamic within the same cultural framework.”
Brie noticed that Master Nosh chose not to mention Nenove by name and made a mental note not to inadvertently say it during the interview. “What made you choose to leave the Cheyenne reservation to pursue a career as head trainer of the Dominant course?”
He gazed at Brie for a moment before answering. “After embracing the BDSM lifestyle, I found a high level of satisfaction in both my personal and professional life. As a result, I sought to share that discovery with others. Knowing the exceptional reputation of the Submissive Training Center, I approached them to offer my insight and service for Dominant Training.”
