It feels good to sleep in my bed again. I have gotten pretty decent sleep for most of the day.

Jane was also here when my dad, mom, and I arrived home. She was happy to see me. She has been coming over for the past few days to check up on me.

Believe it or not, Killian was also happy and relieved to see me in one piece. But when I saw him, he looked so different.

He looked kind of fucked up and not in a good way. I tried to talk to him to see if he was okay, but he just replied with a sarcastic comment. But I am going to talk to him about it because he just looks so hurt and broken. I don't know what it could be about because Killian and I barely talk to each other.

But for the past week, I just have been on bed rest and being a lazy ass. I miss going to the gym though, so I decide to go use the gym in the house today.

I quickly change into a pair of leggings and then a long sleeve cropped top. I put on a pair of black converse. I tie my hair up in a ponytail and leave my room to walk towards the gym.

I probably shouldn't be working out, but I need my strength.

As I walk towards the gym, I hear sounds coming from where the gym is located. I turn the corner and see a lot of men inside the gym taking apart the walls and punching bags. They look like they are construction workers.

"Um, what's going on?"

"Ms. De Luca," one of them says before taking off his hat. He walks towards me. "Your father requested that we move the gym to the other side of the yard because of the redesign."

I furrow my eyebrows. "Do you know where he is?"

"I believe he is still in his office."

“Thank you," I smile at him before walking back inside the house, towards my father's office.

I open the door and see my dad talking to someone. He diverts his eyes away from the guy and then back at me. The guy looks kind of familiar but I wouldn't know because his back is facing me.

He looks back at the guy. "That's all for now. Thank you again, Rowan. You did a good job," my dad says.

"Of course, sir," Rowan says and then turns around. "Thalia," Rowan nods. "I'm glad to see that you're healthy."

I smile. "Thank you. I'm glad to see you are getting recognition."

Rowan smirks before saying goodbye and leaving out the door.

I smile and watch him walk out of the door.

"How are you feeling la mia principessa?"

I look at my dad and walk to sit in the chair in front of his desk. "Better. I was just going to go workout but the workers outside said you are moving the gym."

"Yea, I just want to get started on the redesign. It will give us more space in the gym since I want to put in the boxing ring there."

After a few days of resting my dad came inside my room to talk about how stupid I was when I left without Alexander. He told me not to do something like that again.

"Oh."

"Why? Were you going to go work out or something?"

"Yeah, I wanted to get back in the gym and start working out and training again."

"The gym won't be done till the end of the week. You can go use Alexander's gym. I know his gym is big enough for the both of you."

The problem with that is Alexander and I haven't talked since the day we left Moscow. He hasn't come to the house, and I haven't made any move to talk to him.

We still have yet to talk about the wedding but I’m hoping that if I don’t bring it up then we hopefully won’t move forward with it.

"Alexander's gym?" I repeat and raise my eyebrows.
