Caleb’s chuckles join Julian’s laughter.

“Caleb and the guys helped sneak in the furniture and other stuff when you went out to run in the late evenings,” says Julian. “You’ve been so distracted, you noticed nothing!”

I shake my head, unable to believe they’ve been doing all this behind my back.

“Come over here,” says Julian, moving toward a pair of doors on the other side of the room. “Just see the stuff we’ve got for your new closet.”

Caleb takes my hand and moves toward the walk-in closet.

Warm-toned overhead fixtures switch on the moment I step inside, illuminating a rack of my old clothes. My favorite pair of jeans and hoodies are among them, making me smile like an idiot.

Reaching out, I caress the rough but soft fabrics. The artificial fragrance of the deodorants I used to spray still lingers on them.

An ache bites into my heart, reminding me of a life that I’ll never go back to. Despite knowing the truth about my real parents, I can’t forget the people who cared for me my whole life.

Tears spring to my eyes. To avoid letting them see my misery, I walk further inside the closet and go through the newer clothes that Julian bought me.

“What do you think?” Julian asks, his eyes shining with anticipation.

I smile despite the tears pricking my eyes. “It’s awesome. I can’t believe you guys went through all this trouble just for me.”

Moving closer, Julian lays a gentle hand on my head. “We’re willing to die for you, Wildflower.” The somberness in his eyes sends my heart beating faster.

“He’s right,” says Caleb, moving closer to me. “You’re worth this and so much more. You’re our queen, Iris.” Wrapping his arms around me, he draws me closer. His silvery eyes are warm as he leans in to capture my lips in a kiss.

Warmth floods my veins as his familiar scent envelopes around me. I’ve missed him over the past few days as he’s been too busy. My fingers dig into his thick, dark strands as I deepen the kiss.

Waves of heat flow through me, concentrating deep in my pulsing core as my kiss turns hungry.

Caleb’s lips morph into a smile against my lips as he gently nips me and breaks free. The dark intensity in his silvery eyes makes my heart pound harder.

A low grunt sounds from nearby. Julian’s eyes have turned a shade darker.

That’s when I notice the overpowering fragrance of roses and berries hanging over us.Shit!I curse silently as my perfume spreads in the air like invisible, billowing clouds.

Both Julian and Caleb know that I’m turned on like crazy.

I can’t even handle a kiss from my alphawithout perfuming like an omega in heat, I think as my cheeks warm with embarrassment.

Caleb’s silvery eyes glint as I hurriedly stomp out of the closet for a breath of fresh air.

“Iris,” he calls after me in a voice that skims over my skin like the touch of a feather. “Stop running away from us.”

I can barely hear him over the thundering beats of my heart. Coming to a stop, I turn around to face him.

“You should tell us what you need, darling,” he says, pulling me against him. His lips descend on the side of my neck, kissing the sensitive skin. “We’ll do anything to make you happy.”

Julian comes to stand behind me and drapes his arms around my waist.

Locked in a kiss with Caleb, I suddenly feel a cool draft skimming over my naked shoulders. My robe falls away, leaving me completely bare before Caleb and Julian.

I moan into Caleb’s mouth as Julian’s hands slide over my naked breasts and down the dip of my belly, sending shivers of heat through me.

Caleb’s fingers slide along the back of my neck, holding me in place as he spears his tongue deeper into my mouth.

I’m acutely aware of Caleb’s warm, velvety tongue swirling around my mouth while Julian’s hand cups my sex in a possessive hold. Pleasure drenches my senses, turning me into a trembling, moaning mess.

“She needs us,” Julian says in an unusually rough voice.
