Fuck me, this prissy little bitch really is as stupid as she looks.

She tosses me what I came for and I lock my jaw, hiding it my fist while I lift my eyes to look at the boys. I know Kai fucks her from time to time, and Damon did just let me have this one without interfering, so I'll ask for permission just this once.

Wren snorts out a laugh, Kai smirks like a maniac and Damon drops his head to hide a sexy ass grin, eyeing me from beneath his lashes.

That's a written invitation if I ever saw one.

I grin back and release my grip on Madison's throat, stepping back to allow her to straighten up, then I pull my fist back and smack her square in the nose. I hear the bone crack over her screams, laughing like the psycho bitch she called me when I watch her ass hit the floor. The room erupts into chaos and I take that as my cue to leave, slapping Rachel's raised hand when I pass her on my way to the door.

I knew she'd read my mind.

I walk out to the hall and fasten my locket around my neck while I head for the parking lot, ignoring the curious stares on me through the windows as I go.

“Yo, Callie.”

I stop and spin to face the boys, laughing lightly when all three hit me with their grins.

“No one wants that.” Wren muses, remembering what I told him that day in the kitchen when he asked me why I didn't want anyone knowing who I am.

I shrug, grinning back. “Told ya.”

“Dude, you just broke her fuckin’ nose.” Kai laughs his ass off, shaking his head like he can't believe what he's seeing.

Damon steps closer and takes my hand to inspect my knuckles, running his thumb over the sore spot. “You wanna ride?”

I hide a frown, sliding my hand from his. “Nah, I'm good.”

He raises a brow at that, eyeing me and my form. “You really think I'm about to let you walk home in a towel?”

Ignoring the way he says home like it's mine, I smirk and lift the car key Rachel slipped me just now, pressing the button to unlock the pearl white Mercedes Benz behind me. “Who said anything about walking?”

The twins laugh some more and Damon shakes his head at me, dropping his eyes to hide that sexy little grin of his when he realizes what I'm about to do.

Fuck me, he's fine.

“You're not normal.”

“Fuck normal, big brother.”

“I’d rather fuck crazy.”

I smirk and he smirks back, watching me while I back away from him to jump inside Madison's car. I hit the gas and speed off through the school gates, turning up her shitty pop music as loud as it’ll go. Ten minutes later, I pull up across the street from the Palace and leave the keys in the ignition for her to find when she figures out where her car is. I'm fully aware it could get stolen, again, but unfortunately for her, that's not my fucking problem.

Chapter 16

Callie

“You got suspended.”

I roll my eyes at the sound of Katherine's voice, lifting my head from the freezer when she marches over to the kitchen like a woman on a mission.

“Is that all?” I frown, bumping the door closed with my hip while I hold the ice pack to my still swollen knuckles. “I thought for sure I'd be expelled after that.”

She glares, pulling out a chair to drop her ass down at the island. “I was on the phone with principle Greene for an hour because of you and your little stunt this afternoon. You broke that poor girls’ nose over that?” She flicks her wrist, eyeing my necklace with clear disgust in her eyes. “A worthless piece of junk?”

I grind my teeth and fist my good hand, debating kicking her ass right here and now until she learns to shut her fucking her mouth and keep it that way.

“Well?” She raises her brows, throwing her hands out in annoyance. “What's so goddamn special about it you had to go out of your way to embarrass me and my family again?”
