“Oh, yeah?”
“Liam may have ripped my fucking heart out, but he didn’t change who I am. Before I met him, I was doing just fine. I had my pick of whomever Dom or Domme I wanted to scene with, and any kind of new kink I wanted to try.”
“You are very popular at the clubs,” Brie agreed.
“I’m not going to let what happened to me change the path I am on.”
“You sounded very Tono-esque just then.”
Lea smiled. “Yeah, Tono would definitely encourage me to reclaim what’s mine, and breathe the shit all over it.”
Brie giggled. “I can just imagine him saying that.” Speaking with Tono’s peaceful manner, she said solemnly, “Just breathe the shit all over it.”
The two of them kept giggling while they continued setting up and then let out a hearty cheer when Sir and Rytsar arrived with the equipment.
It seemed appropriate that Tono and Autumn should be the first to arrive. Brie invited them inside, gushing excitedly, “I’m so happy you’re here.”
Seeing Tono’s gentle smile and chocolate brown eyes instantly brought a sense of peace to her soul. “It is an honor to be here tonight. We’ve been anxious to see this latest work of yours.”
Brie smiled at them both. “I think you guys are going to love the first scene in the film.”
“Oh, why is that?” Autumn asked.
“Because it stars Tono and Lea, of course!”
They were still laughing when Lea came up behind Autumn and covered her eyes. “Guess who.”
Autumn grinned. “I don’t know, but I’ve got a joke for whoever it is.”
“Give it to me.”
“What did the cracker say to the stinky cheese?”
“Do tell.”
“We Brie long together.”
Lea howled with laughter, elbowing Brie several times. “Oh, my goodness, is Autumn funny or what? ‘We Brie long together…’ You kill me, girl!”
Autumn giggled, confessing to Brie, “I’ve been saving that one for a while.
When Lea finally stopped laughing, she shot a joke at Autumn. “Last night, there was a seminar on how to withhold orgasms. Guess what?”
“What?” Autumn asked, grinning.
“Nobody came!” Lea went off on another laughing jag.
Brie shook her head, laughing at the two of them.
Tono glanced at the orchid in Brie’s hair. “You still wear it.”
“Of course, I do,” she said, touching the petals. “It reminds me to breathe. I don’t do any filming without it.”
He smiled graciously. “You are pleased with this film, Brie?”
She leaned in and whispered, “I think it’s my best work yet.”
He nodded proudly. “I would expect no less from you.”
