It was quiet but I heard her.

I turn my head back to look at Jane who has her hands behind her back.

"Fawn."

Jane’s cheeks start to turn a shade darker but she doesn't smile wider, she keeps her lips in a tight lipped smile.

"Thank you for today."

I can't help but smile a little.

Oh yea.

It's so on.

I'm going to get her voice back.

"Don't thank me, fawn. This is just the beginning," I say before turning around and going inside my room.

"Jane,if you want to pack your things to leave you can,"Katlyn says.

"It’s fine. I can stay here to help you clean up."

"It’s no issue. There is only Jacob and Johnny here. They are watching a movie and after they get picked up I will be on my way. I am letting Callan go too."

"Are you sure?"I ask and she just nods her head.

I gather my stuff and at the same time Callan walks inside the room with his backpack on. "I can walk you outside if you’re leaving,"Callan offers and I smile and nod my head.

All we did today in class was play some games and we also got to bake some cookies which the kids were able to take home with them. They enjoyed baking a lot. There were no worksheets today because Katlyn felt like she was giving them too many worksheets and she wants to change the routine a little bit, especially before Thanksgiving break in a few weeks.

Once I finish packing up my stuff, Callan and I head on outside. The sun is setting and I can’t help but take a picture of all the beautiful colors. Pink, red, orange, and yellow. Even some hints of purple.

I look at Callan and all he does is smile at me. "It’s pretty," Callan says.

Outside of work, I told Callan he can talk to me instead of signing if he is more comfortable with that. Callan told me the whole reason why he signs with me is because he doesn’t want to be disrespectful. He got the hint that I could hear and I don’t want him to sign if he is comfortable with talking.

"How are things with your parents?"

I noticed how Callan always has trouble with his parents and he doesn't really relate to them in any way.

He has been trying to find a roommate to stay with. He explained that to me last time I worked with him.

"They are alright. But for the apartment, I saw this one guy and he looked like he seemed pretty cool so I might get an interview with him and see if the room is available or clean enough," Callan explains. I nod my head and Callan and I continue walking towards where he parked his car. I should go to Rowan, but I want to hear more about Callan and his roommate-journey. "This guy owns some small production company, and his other roommate is one of his friends and his business partner."

I am about to sign to him, but I feel hands catch my own and turn my body around. Rowan has a furious look on his face, and he looks like he is ready to commit a murder.

I ignore how mad he looks for a second and just admire him and what he is wearing today.

Every day I admire how he looks.

Rowan is wearing a black fitted shirt and black pants with his everyday dark brown combat boots.

He wears almost the same clothes everyday but still manages to look like a god.
