I retorted, “A threat I don’t know about?” Sierra laughed, “Point taken. Why are they here then?” I sighed, “They have to be here watching me.” Sierra surmised, “And your Xander didn’t tell you?” I shook my head.

Sierra sighed, “That does make some things we do complicated.” I sighed, “I know. Let’s get into this.” Sierra laughed, “I’m just here to provide snacks and I brought Abigail in.” I bobbed my head, “Yup… my Gamma Female should be brought in. You bring her up to speed while I spiral.” Abigail chuckled and I tuned her and Sierra out.

I sat down at my laptop and pulled everything Patricia had sent. She’s reported on Haley too… and Eric. CRAP! Sierra kept the coffee going as I cracked the virus on the Supernatural Council’s files. Once I had that… I was able to see what they’d gotten.

I could hide the information about Angela. The Supernatural Council hadn’t looked at her file… probably thinking they knewall about her. I quickly removed everything Patricia had sent about her. I found a file on the allies and my heart sank.

Xander linked me about not drinking coffee. He didn’t understand….that I needed more coffee. I briefly wondered what Xander was doing because his anger got really intense for a minute. I had another alert pop up.

I groaned, “Come on!” Abigial asked, “What could be worse than these screens? This is bad… like treason bad.” I grumbled, “The Supernatural Council is trying to email Eric paperwork.” Abigial chuckled, “You hacked his email.” Sierra hummed, “That’s a way of saying what she did.”

I explained, “I routed the Supernatural Council’s emails to Eric, and the rest of the Werewolf Council, to come to my email first. I make sure the shady paperwork doesn’t get through. Mason had already incepted the papers that they tried to hand deliver, but they are trying again.”

I told Sierra, “Have Paige do her thing again.” Sierra nodded. I opened my email and read through the paperwork. Fury filled me. Sierra asked, “What is it this time?” I snorted, “Any wolf with special powers is to be immediately turned over to the Supernatural Council, if apprehended, to make sure they are not a danger to the supernatural way of life.”

“No Alpha or mate can interfere. Then the same crap about being able to have a wolf with powers they deem useful for a situation to help them. Without asking or getting permission from the Alpha. They are so corrupt it’s ridiculous. Eric would never agree to that because it’s clearly pointed at his pups. Not to mention his nieces, nephews and cousins.”

Sierra said, “You could always let Eric see the paperwork.” I snorted, “I don’t have time for all the meetings that would entail when Eric found out what they’ve been trying to slide by and get him to unknowingly sign these past few years.”

Abigial said, “Uhh they clearly want the white wolf now.” I continued my thought process, “There would be arguments… meetings…. and Haley just might kill them all… which will happen in due time anyway.”

“They are dumb enough to not realize even if they got it by Eric, which they wouldn’t, they’d have two pissed off Kings. It’s aimed at everyone who isn’t the white wolf…..but Abigial is right about the new part. Their goal of this new addendum…is to apprehend the white wolf…who is me.”

Sierra gasped, “That’s your plan? You’ll have Haley kill them eventually.” I shrugged, “The bad ones. I need you to ask the guys for paper.” Sierra went over to the door and I heard Fowler talking to Sierra. I was so focused I didn’t notice someone had come in.

I jumped when someone said, “You hacked the Supernatural Council?” I shrieked and turned around. Chason asked, “The Muffin Luna did what?” KJ groaned, “No, you take that back. Take it back right now.” Egres was who was looking over my shoulder.

Xander’s Head Guard frowned asking, “Is this accurate? Is what I’m seeing correct? How the HELL do they know all of that about the Conners and Kruthers children? I do not like the answer I’ve formulated.”

I sighed, “It’s complicated. I have blocked off everyone’s calendar to explain tomorrow morning.” Egres nodded, “I’ll need to tell my King.” I replied, “I blocked off his calendar too.” Egres laughed as his phone rang. Xander’s Head Guard smiling smiled, “I’d imagine your calendar block is what this phone call is about. Excuse me.”

I muttered, “I don’t know why you are in here in the first place to sneak up on me and look at my files.” KJ snorted, “I think you do know actually.” I huffed, “There are alreadythree Werewolves following me… Xander’s Guard… is for Xander….not me.”

Mrs. Blanch walked in and put down a tray ordering, “You will be eating something.” With that she walked out. I frowned. Sierra said, “You do need something to settle your stomach from all the coffee.” Abigial said, “No joke. I need food from watching your caffeine intake.”

Fowler asked, “Why do you need paper? Elise’s printer should have paper.” I explained, “She doesn’t have enough. I need to print things and make files… I need file folders too, please.” Chason said, “Let’s go back to you hacking the Supernatural Council.” KJ groaned, “Why? We were doing so well not saying that again.”

I shrugged, “What about it?” Chason asked, “Egres was right?! Can they trace a hack back to you?” I frowned, “If you’re going to insult me… I’m not going to explain it to you.” Fowler laughed. KJ said, “I prefer ignorance.” Chason snorted, “No, he doesn’t.” KJ grumbled, “I could.”

I asked them, “Can someone ask Bradford and his dad to meet with me?” Fowler nodded, “Sure. His dad probably loves you. No one has been able to get through to Bradford until you showed up.” Fowler seemed to assume I wanted to talk to Bradford about his schedule. I wasn’t going to bother to correct that.

Xander linked me he was going to the Hackura realm. I sighed because I wanted to go with him…but I still needed to dive more into this. I found Yellow Hills had someone reporting information as well. That’s how the Ring knew I’d be in Yellow Hills. Their mole had reported to the Supernatural Council that our band was practicing and playing there.

I used that to backtrack all the attacks from every single mole’s information. The one that stuck out the most… was theone with William and Preston. Bradford had gone with them for an out of town trip. They were attacked on the way back.

Bradford had actually caught the scent first. I found that detail particularly interesting. He must have a heightened sense of smell. Freya hummed, “He would have to.” Did Bradford actually want to be a Tracker? He might be in the wrong group.

Technically Bradford could still be a Warrior, as well as a Tracker. I’d have to talk to him. He’d taken a bullet for William. William could’ve popped and probably had a plan… but that right there gave me hope for Bradford.

Elise walked in. I said, “Thanks for the office… oh gosh… do you need it back… I’m…” Elise cut me off, “No, I was thinking you need to switch to decaf. Fowler, KJ, and Chason seem to think you’ve had at least ten cups.” Sierra coughed, “More.”

I shook my head, “Nope… no to decaf.” I grabbed another cup of coffee and downed it. EJ was standing in the doorway frowning. I asked, “Do you by chance want to tell me why members of Xander’s Guard are here? Because Egres is not alone… that’s not a thing.”

EJ raised an eyebrow replying, “Do you want to tell me what’s going on?” I nodded, “Uhh yes. That’s why I put a meeting on your calendar. I’m obviously going to tell you.” Sierra started printing and putting things into files with Abigial.

EJ was about to say something when Fowler cleared his throat. Fowler announced, “Bradford and his dad, Mike, are here.” I nodded. EJ sighed, “I guess you have a meeting.” Elise squeezed my hand, “Think about drinking some decaf coffee because your hands are shaking.” I shrugged because I’d get over the jitters, they always passed.

Mike spoke first once the door was closed, “Thanks for helping Bradford. You didn’t have to do that.” I waved my hands, “That’s not what this is about, but that’s what Luna’sare for. Helping.” Bradford asked, “This isn’t about my training schedule?”
