CHAPTER TWENTY-SIX_
WINSTON, LUCKY, AND THE ORGASM EXPERIMENT
“Do you think Lucky is okay?”Winston asked Calvin. Lucky had left for class a few minutes prior and his demeanor seemed off to Winston. Less sunny. Less… Lucky.
“For the past few days, I’ve detected a decline in the amount of words a day he speaks. For many people, turning inward can be a sign of distress.”
Despite his worry about Lucky, Winston smiled and kissed the top of Calvin’s head. Calvin’s favorite thing to do lately was lay his head on him or Lucky and listen to their heartbeats. He didn’t say as much, but he didn’t have to.
“I love it when you go all robot on me.” Winston let out a sigh. “We should do something to cheer him up.”
“What did you have in mind?” Calvin shifted around and propped himself up on an elbow.
“Well, you got that delivery the other day of the clothes you ordered. I was thinking that you could wear something extra special for him.”
“Is that something that would help?” Calvin was always so earnest, so honest, so willing to do whatever it took to make him and Lucky happy.
“It could provide a nice distraction for him.” Winston didn’t let on that he had another part to this plan, but that was also a surprise for Calvin.
“I’d like to distract him. Tell me what to do.”
“First things first.” Winston said as he tugged Calvin down to him and pressed their mouths together. Kissing Calvin was always an interesting experience. His mouth was soft in all the right places and just moist enough to be enjoyable. Calvin also kissed with enthusiasm and passion that Winston would never expect from a robot.
Though his dick perked up at the idea of a little tumble in the sheets, Winston ignored it and broke the kiss. “I need to shower and you need to pick your sluttiest outfit.”
Calvin grinned up at Winston. “Thank you again for all the clothes. I know I already said thank you, but every time I think of them, I feel… gratitude.”
Winston leaned in and brushed a kiss against Calvin’s cheek. “I’m happy you’re happy.”
Calvin’s smile widened. “I am.”
It wasn’t until Winston was in the shower that it hit him like a kick in the head. Calvin said hefeltgratitude. He said he washappy. As far as Winston knew, those weren’t things robots were capable of.
He tried not to think about it, about what might happen to a robot that deviated from his programming the way that it appeared Calvin had. But Winston wasn’t stupid. Humans feared things that were different. If people knew Calvin was different, they’d take him away.
Winston slipped in his hurry to get out of the shower but caught himself against the wall. Calvin rushed in wearing a pair of black fishnet thigh-high stockings and a tiny black ruffled skirt that hid none of his ass. His dick was hidden in the satin pouch of a black G-string.
“Are you okay?”
Calvin looked worried. Because he was worried, Winston realized. It wasn’t merely a programmed response at this point. Calvin could feel.
Winston stepped out of the shower, dripping water everywhere. He walked up to Calvin and cradled his face in his wet hands. “I’m okay. I’m okay.”
“Your heart rate is elevated.”
“I’m worried for you. Cal, you know you’re not like other robots, don’t you?”
“I have confirmed that, yes.”
“You know you can’t tell anyone that you’re different. People can’t know. It’s not safe.”
Something flickered in Calvin’s gaze. “I have taken necessary precautions to prevent discovery. I do not wish—I won’t leave you,” Calvin said. Then he rolled his shoulders back and slowly turned. “How do I look? Is this slutty enough?”
“You’re perfect,” Winston told him. “Let me get dressed, and I’ll get Lucky back here.”
“He’s due to return from class in thirty minutes.”
“Yes, but I want to make sure he comes straight home.” Winston wrapped a towel around his waist and left the bathroom. He found his phone on the dresser where he left it.
