“OhmyGod,I’mso fucking excited.” Ava bounced up and down in her seat, much to the disgust of the people sitting around her.

“Just sit still, Ava,” I whispered in her ear. “You’ll get us thrown out.”

“I can’t wait to see all the dick!”

“Seriously, Ava. Keep your fucking voice down.” I tried to be as quiet as I could, but a few wicked looks came our way. I smiled sweetly at them, sliding my hand across Ava’s mouth. She did not know when to use her inside voice.

She finally quieted, looking through the programme she’d bought, browsing the cast pictures.

“I wouldn’t kick most of these guys out of bed,” she said, continuing to flick through the pages before shoving it in front of my face.

“Look at Xavier! He looks fit as fuck.” I’d not really told Ava what was happening between us. I wasn’t really sure myself. I just knew we were getting deeper and deeper into a relationship, and I wasn’t complaining. It felt right, him being in my bed almost every night. I’d never wanted that with Dick.

I glanced at the picture she’d thrust at me, my eyes almost popping out of my head. He did indeed look fit as fuck, his muscled body on show for all to see. I knew about the fake tan he’d had to use. We’d laughed about it, but it had given his skin a lovely golden hue, making his auburn hair stand out even more.

Ava leaned forward, grabbing her bag from the floor, pulling out a bag of sweets. She ripped it open, offering it to me.

“For God’s sake, Ava. Put them away. The show’s about to start.”

As I spoke, the house lights dimmed and the band in the orchestra pit started with an upbeat number as the curtains parted, revealing Xavier and his fellow cast members dressed in black tuxedos, their ties undone, hanging loosely around their necks.

Completely captivated, I watched as each dancer moved to the front of the stage, bumping and grinding to the beat.

A chorus of shouts and cheers erupted from the audience, and when Xavier came to the front, Ava’s yell was deafening.

I looked on in fascination as he moved seductively, slow and sinuous, his movements fluid.

Fuck! He was good.

A sharp elbow to the ribs, and I was jolted out of my trance.

“Could you be any more obvious?” Ava shouted above the noise.

I shook my head, smiling. No, I couldn’t really, short of getting up on stage and mauling him. I was obsessed, my earlier lust not having dampened at all. I wanted him more now than I ever had.

I hoped he’d found the note in his lunch about ending the evening with a bang.

I’d been holding off fucking him, not wanting to ruin this relationship we had. I knew he was frustrated, and I’d deliberated taking him sooner, but it had never felt right. I didn’t want it to be a quick fuck and be done with it.

In a move that was so unlike me, I wanted it to mean something, unlike the deal I had with Dick. That had been something entirely different.

Tonight, though, I intended to have him in every way possible.

The rest of the show passed as expected. There was little to no story, just a parade of scantily clad men either dancing or stripping off the little they wore. Not that anyone complained. The view from where I sat was magnificent, but I only had eyes for one man.

Xavier, my dirty obsession.

“I think I’m having a hot flush,” Ava said as we left the theatre, making our way to the stage door to wait for Xavier. “That was amazing. I need to bring the girls to see it. They’d love it.”

I’d no doubt they would, and a pang of jealousy hit me out of nowhere, thinking of Meredith and Beth drooling over Xavier.

He was mine, no one else’s, and it was about time I showed him.

We stood around for about fifteen minutes, stamping our feet, trying to keep warm. The nights were getting darker and cooler. I’d need to turn up the thermostat if I was to continue with our arrangement.

There were several others waiting by the door, and when it opened, we all craned our necks, trying to see who was emerging. It wasn’t Xavier but a few of the other guys, ones we’d seen out all those weeks ago.
