She jumped as he gave her thigh a final, impersonal pat as one would a horse’s flank, and he turned to the Brothers.
‘So did you find anything?’ Viktor asked, eyeing her body as if she was going to suddenly succumb to illness in front of them.
The apothecary grinned, his eyes flicking back to her. ‘I don’t know how much you paid, but I’m willing to bet you got a bargain.’
Sorin and Viktor both looked confused. ‘What do you mean?’ Sorin asked.
‘It’s impossible to be certain, but I believe she is untouched.’
Viktor shook his head. ‘What?’
‘A virgin, you fool. He means she’s a virgin,’ Sorin snapped with a roll of his eyes.
They both stared down at her.
‘But when we came to the stable, your master …’ Viktor finally began.
Lana longed to sink into the stone table. ‘I made sure he never saw my body. I wore rags and rubbed mud over myself. He only ever thought of me inthatway when he was drunk, and I had a place to hide whenever he came looking for me. When he caught me yesterday,’ she closed her eyes, ‘it was the first time he’d intended to do more than beat me, and you took me away before he could do much more than that.’
SORIN
***
Sorin itched to touch her.Partly because she was bound so helplessly and at their mercy, which stirred his own predilections, but also, he found to his surprise, he wanted to hold her in his arms, show her that not all men were cruel. He couldn’t remember ever wanting to do such a thing before.
At least they knew now why she hadn’t enjoyed their attentions in the pool the previous day. She was a scared little maiden – and she was theirs. If the apothecary wasn’t here now, he had no doubt that both he and Viktor would be putting her fear to rest with pleasure.
As if the gods knew his thoughts, the outer door to the shop jangled open and the apothecary disappeared through the curtain. As soon as they were alone, Sorin couldn’t help but begin playing with one of her nipples, taut and hard from the cold air of the room. She gave a small whimper as her eyes fluttered open.
Viktor drew closer to her legs, one hand travelling upward. At first, she tried to struggle, but only at first. She gasped as his finger drew up and down the wide-open apex of her thighs and began to tease her entrance.
‘I saw you blushing, little bird,’ he murmured so only they could hear, ‘when the apothecary was putting his fingers here and testing you with his instruments. You were afraid, but I think you liked it as well.’ He eased a finger into her slowly and gently, and she gave a small moan.
Sorin’s cock tightened even more and he groaned. ‘Let’s go.’
Viktor nodded but didn’t stop what he was doing. ‘Tell me you like it, Lana. Tell me how much you enjoyed being bound; on display for us. Do you want him to use this on you again?’ He held up the smooth, glass tool the apothecary had inserted into her. ‘Shall I use it on you?
He kneaded Lana’s entrance with it. She tensed as he eased it into her tight channel and began to move it slowly and gently. ‘Tell me how much you like it.’
She moaned again, this time more loudly, and Sorin grinned. ‘Tell him, Lana. Or he’ll stop.’
Viktor ceased his slow movements and she whimpered, her hips straining towards him. He chuckled.
Chapter 7
Lana
‘Please … please, Master …’ she whispered, though she couldn’t bring herself to beg him to continue.
‘Tell us how much you’re enjoying this.’
‘I … I don’t want to, but I am.’ She couldn’t help it. What was wrong with her? She’d never felt like this before, never felt a pull to any man, and now she was being drawn to two.I don’t understand what is happening.
‘Neither do we,’ one of them answered truthfully, and she realised she’d spoken aloud. They both hovered over her, looking equal parts bemused and concerned.
Her legs and arms suddenly went slack and she realised they’d released her. She was eased up to a sitting position and Viktor’s cloak was draped around her once more. Sorin picked her up, carrying her out of the apothecary.
She didn’t struggle, didn’t do anything save close her eyes and curl her body into his with a sigh. It had been years since someone had touched her with anything near affection, let alone held her in their arms. Only a day had passed, she realised. Had she really only known them one day and night?
