I pace after her and grab her arm. She slips out of my grip and vanishes into the bathroom.

I search around and find the extra key tucked in a drawer.

She looks at the door.

“Don’t even think about it,” I say, unbuckling my belt. “You’re not getting away this time.”

I let her make the first move before I charge at her, wrap my arm around her, and roll with her onto the bed.

She bites my arm as I lock her down, pulling her under me.

Sinking my hand into her hair, I crash my mouth onto hers.
