Jay kissed me softly, and this time, he slid in, fully seating himself inside me. I softly moaned, feeling him stretch me and fill me in a way I didn't know was possible. He was all my mind seemed to think about.

Jay grabbed my hands, hooking them above my head, and he moved slowly. I was panting, as his nose carrassed over mine. "You feel so good," he whispered, his lips pressed against my forehead.

I felt a finger slide over my clit, and I moaned a little louder this time. My thighs shook, and Jay kissed my neck, his teeth raking over my skin.

My skin felt like it was in flames, and my stomach fluttered as I felt that build-up rising deep inside me.

Jay moved quicker, his thrust went deeper and the bed creaked under our weight. Neither of us cared as Jay moved quickly. His breaths were just as ragged as mine as he stared at me.

And I came apart. I threw my head back as an orgasm took hold of me. I felt Jay spurt deep inside me, his hands tightening around my wrist.

I felt everything vibrate, and I smelled cinnamon. My fingers felt hot as they held onto Jay's.

Jay leaned back, staring at me with wide eyes now. He looked shocked.

I pulled my hand to my face and stared at them, seeing them sparkle. My mouth dropped slightly as I looked at Jay, but his eyes were on his hands.

"What?" I asked.

He showed his palms. "Sam, I had scars here. I…I.." he stuttered for a moment. "I sliced my palms open when I was little once when I was learning how to use a knife. I've always had scars."

But his palms were clear. There were no scars on them now.

I looked at my own palms and realized I had healed him. That sensation I was feeling was my magic.

"Sam, you're a healer." Jay looked at me with wide eyes, and a smile pulled at his lips. "You're a healer, sweetie. Your gift is healing."

I felt tears build up, and I smiled. "I can use this. I can use this to help the pack."

I wasn't just a human anymore. I had something useful.

Jay quickly reached out, cupping my face. "Darling, I am proud that you have magic, but not because you can use it to heal. I'm glad you have something that makes you smile like this. Something that makes you feel special." He wiped some hair from my face. "You don't need to be anyone but who you are."

I leaned into his hands. "Don't you want me to be useful to the pack? Doesn't that mean I'm more fit to be with you?"

He shook his head. "No. I just want you to be happy with who you are, Sam. I want you to feel special and like you deserve happiness, just like everyone else."

I wrapped my arms around him, curling into his hold. I felt tears build up, knowing that with or without magic, he meant it, and that meant the world to me.

"You make me feel special," I whispered to him.

"That's because you are special, Sam. And you don't need magic to be. Being a human makes you softer and more understanding than others. It's what makes you who you are." He held me closer, and I never wanted the moment to end.

Chapter 21 - Jay

I hurried down the hallway and glanced at my phone once more. Shit. I was ten minutes late. I would like to say they weren't going to notice, but they all would. They were all going to comment on it, and there was no excuse I could use that they would accept.

I pushed the door open and found all five guys waiting. Henrik smirked at me as I walked towards my chair.

"Look who decided to grace us with his presence," Henrik said, leaning back in his chair. "We were starting to think you weren't coming."

I pulled my seat out and sat down. "My apologies. I lost track of time. It won't happen again."

Aaron snorted across the table, leaning back in his chair. "I don't believe that one bit. You are normally the first person to arrive. I doubt you just lost track of time. You were probably busy." He wiggled his eyebrows at me.

"Or did perhaps a certain someone have your attention?" Maddox asked, a smirk pulling at his lips.

I wasn't going to admit it was because of Sam. Since her magic has come out, she's been extra happy. We may or may not have been doing it all morning. And when a certain someone wanted to try a different position, I wasn't going to tell her no.
