I’ve had a lot of amazing days with Callahan Hastings. From the very beginning with our early morning farm stand adventures to cooking with him in the kitchen of our home in Manhattan while snow blanketed the city in white. Even some of our most recent amazing days, like the one where I got the call from my agent that my cookbook was going to be published, or even the other night where Cal and I sat on the terrace of ourroom at the villa and planned out the next few years that are hopefully filled with lots of love, cooking, and babies.

We’ve shared many incredible days together.

But as we kiss in front of all those we love most as husband and wife for the first time, I count this moment right here as the best moment of my life.

Callahan Hastings is my husband.

He pulls away, that cocky grin that made me fall for him on his lips. I can’t wait to keep falling more in love with him every day for the rest of my life. “You’re my wife, Lucy baby.”

I nod. “And you’re my husband. I love you, Callahan Hastings.”

He leans in and presses one more kiss to my lips as our loved ones cheer in front of us. “I love you too, Lucy Hastings.”
