‘Of course, you can join us Daddy Bear,’ I say. ‘Can you toss pebbles?’

‘I can certainly try,’ Daddy says, lying on his back next to me and Shine and making a clumsy attempt at tossing the wooden block between his hands. ‘But I think I might just need some tips. And some more practice.’

I laugh and nuzzle my head into Daddy’s furry underarm.

‘I love that you wore this romper,’ I say, loving the warmth from Daddy’s furry body. ‘I think Shine wants to join in the cuddle too.’

‘Well there’s plenty of room for us all,’ Daddy says, smiling as I bring Shine in nice and snugly. ‘In fact…’

‘Yes, Daddy Bear?’ I say, opening my eyes and looking up at Reece.

‘I was wondering whether you, and Shine of course, might like to…’ Daddy says, a look of love in his eyes. ‘move in with me. Permanently. Forever. After all, my new home will be way too big for just one bear to roam around in.’

I almost can’t believe what I’m hearing.

I mean, I know that Daddy and me declared our love for one another – but this is something else on a whole other level.

It would be a big step, that’s for sure.

I know other Littles who moved in with their Daddies too soon and the relationship never truly recovered.

So, yeah, there’s a risk.

But… this is me and Daddy.

I know in the deepest well of my heart that we’re meant to be together.

‘Yay! I mean, yes! I mean, yesplease!’ I squeal, wrapping my arms around Daddy and squeezing him as hard as I possibly can.

‘Wow. I can’t tell you how happy I am to hear you say that,’ Daddy says, looking emotional. ‘I always hoped you’d say yes, but until I heard the words… you can never be too sure, right?’

‘With you, Daddy… I wasalwayssure,’ I reply.

The pair of us kiss and all I can feel is a sense of happiness and love come over me. Daddy has made my dreams come true, and all I have now is the prospect of only good things ahead for me.

I’ve got the Blue Collar Boys.

I’ve got my perfect Daddy who loves me for who I am.

And even better… Nanny Josephine just entered the playroom with a big tray full of milk and her specialty cookies!

The next few months were a rollercoaster, that was for sure.

The craziest thing about Daddy’s new build was that we actually managed to finish it ahead of the deadline he gave Lane right at the beginning of the project – and this was in no small part down to my fear of a seriously stingy spanking if we were even an hour late!

That’s the thing with the Blue Collar Boys. No matter how tough the job, or how many people doubt us, wealwayscome through and complete the build on time and to the highest standard.

We might love our stuffies and pacifiers, but when it comes to heavy machinery there isn’t a single other construction crew in the whole city who can match us.

But having finished Reece’s home, I can honestly say that it’s the best work I’ve ever done.

If I was worried that working on a project for my Daddy might bring unnecessary complications, I shouldn’t have been. All Reece did was provide me with clear instruction, positive reassurance, and a plentiful supply of discipline to keep me on the right track.

Seriously, there’snothingabout Reece that I would change.

And it’s been incredible to see him, Trent, and Clay start up Destination Daddies, their new Daddy-exclusive travel and adventure club that organizes weekend retreats and adventures for Daddies who want high-octane fun but have busy lives too.

The business has kinda skyrocketed and I can see from the way that Reece focuses on every little detail that he’s as passionate about this as he was about soccer.
