After getting my tushy well and truly heated up by Daddy, I got back to work and pretty much didn’t stop until quitting time.
Luckily for me, the rest of the Blue Collar Boys didn’t arrive back on site until my shorts were back up around my waist and my ass had cooled off enough for me to get back to doing what I should have been doing the whole time.
I absolutely love my work, so I really don’t know what came over me in thinking that I should ditch my usual work ethic and indulge in some sunbathing.
Who knows, maybe a teeny-tiny part of me hoped that Daddy would show up and punish me. Well, if that’s the case then I very much got what I was looking for!
Anyway, the rest of the day was all about sledgehammering and digging up a huge hole in the ground where Daddy’s outdoor infinity pool will go.
Honestly, this is the biggest project the crew has ever worked on, and I know that if we can get this project absolutely on pointthen we’ll be opening up ourselves to a whole new world of wealthy clients who come with bigger budgets and even bigger demands.
We might be about to get a new member too - he’s called Taylor and he’s a Little who used to work on a Daddy’s construction crew. I can’t wait to meet him because with the way the business is growing we’re going to need every big, strong boy we can get.
But the Blue Collar Boys will be up for the challenge.
And I know that with a Daddy like Reece by my side, I’ll be supported all the way.
Speaking of my Daddy, I don’t want to be late to meet him.
With work all done, the rest of the crew went their separate ways today. A couple of the guys had dates with potential new Daddies, Lane was heading to the gym, and I think River was going to watch baseball with his stepbrother.
Me? I’m meeting my Daddy atMorning Milk.
I can’t wait to see Daddy and tell him how much progress we made on site this afternoon. I know that Reece values hard work and determination as much as I do.
Sometimes I think how difficult it must have been for Daddy to live on the other side of the world from the age of seventeen. Sure, being a professional soccer player in Europe must have been fun and full of the kinds of luxuries that most teenagers dream of.
But I know it was hard for him too.
Daddy gave up so much in his younger years to follow his dream and make the most out of every drop of talent he had – which just so happened to be a huge amount.
It makes me sad to think that Reece was unhappy with how his career ended. I know sometimes he still thinks about that final game and how he wishes it could have ended differently for him.
But thankfully, Daddy is happy again now.
And I’m interested to see what business plan he comes up with alongside his other Daddy friends. I know that Reece has the financial power behind him to make something really great, but what matters most is that he’s happy and motivated in the project.
Right now though, all thoughts of money, career, and business are about to go out of the window. It’s time for me to hit theMorning Milkchanging room, get into my coziest romper and wait for my Daddy to arrive and give me all the snuggles and playtime a Little like me craves!
The playroom is fairly busy, with Littles playing with their Daddies and small groups of Littles riding solo too.
I’m wearing my furry brown romper and match up perfectly with Shine, my darling stuffie.
We’re just like two otter pups together!
Shine and me are lying on our backs and playing with some wooden blocks. We’re imagining the blocks as being our favorite pebbles!
‘Hey, Shine, watch this!’ I giggles, tossing the wooden block from one hand to the other, just like a real otter would in the wild. ‘Can you do two at once?’
I pick Shine up and move a block from one of his paws to the other.
‘Hee-hee, you’re not as good as me just yet Shine,’ I giggle.
‘Room for one more?’ the voice comes – and I don’t even need to look to knowexactlywho it is.
But what does surprise me is the fact that Reece has changed into his own brown romper too. Except I think Daddy is a bear and not an otter judging by the large squidgy claws at the end of his sleeves.
‘Would you wonderful little otters care for some company?’ Daddy says, his kind smile and happy eyes making me feel all warm inside. ‘I promise I’m not a grumpy old bear!’
