“Alyah,” the sexy rugged man breathed out in an odd accent. “Finally, we have found you.”

Puzzled, she shivered slightly as the cool breeze penetrated her non-existent clothing.

The lion-like man took another step closer, his massive size dwarfing her as she stared up at him, mesmerized by his teal blue eyes. “You are cold. Let me offer you my warmth.”

She swore she could smell him, a delicious musk that rolled through her body and set her nerves on fire. His broad, tanned chest filled her vision as he wrapped his arms around her, and her soul seemed to cry out with happiness at the feeling of being held with such gentleness. The other man stepped behind her, his body creating a shield between her and the blowing wind, the scent of something green and masculine combining with the other man’s musk.

“My name is Phiniar,” the man at her back murmured.

“And I am Karwin,” the man with the wild mane of hair and catlike features purred. “Who are you?”

Surrounded by so much muscle and warmth, she wanted to melt between them, her heart racing even as an odd sense of peace settled over her. “Tara. My name is Tara.”

“Tara,” the lionlike man named Karwin purred. “Such a beautiful name for a beautiful woman. Truly the Lord of Life has blessed us.”

Instead of responding, she lay her head against his broad chest, savoring the feeling of being held. It had been far too long since she’d felt safe, cherished, and protected. The man behind her back rubbed his nose against the top of her head, inhaling audibly.

“You smell of warmth and life,” Phiniar murmured, the unmistakable feel of his erection poking at her back.

“She does,” Karwin’s voice rumbled against her cheek. “Delicious.”

Unable to help herself, she ran her hands over Karwin’s bare back, the silken feel of his skin awakening her body. Lust like she’d never felt began to burn in her belly, sensitizing her, making her grow wet and needy. The hard points of her breasts tingled as they tightened, her nipples beginning to ache. Brushing them against Karwin only increased the sensation, and she drew in a deep breath, pressing her body closer to his.

It had been over a year since she’d last been with a man, and her aching pussy let her know it. The feeling of their bodies pressed against hers, the dizzying sensation of two enormous erections had her pussy aching to be filled. She was hyper aware of everything—the silk of their hair brushing her exposed skin, the deep, rumbling groans they made as they explored her curves with eager hands. Caught between them, she let her head fall back as she abandoned herself to the decadent pleasure of their touch.

“Yes,” Karwin purred as she slumped further into his embrace, “let us please you. Take everything we have to offer. We are yours, and you are ours.”

She stared up into the sky, the mingled strands of their hair shifting and parting, revealing a vast silvery blue sky dotted with dozens of moons. It was astonishingly beautiful, and she sighed in pleasure as one of the men cupped her breasts, his groan of lust tripping along her skin. Reaching up with both hands, she spread them on the Phiniar’s chest, tracing her fingers through the hair there, her nipples aching to be touched.

“Oh, please,” she begged as he lifted her as if she weighed no more than a feather, holding her up so Karwin could nuzzle her breasts through the thin fabric of her gown. “More.”

“Always,” Karwin growled, his voice so deep it seemed to tremble in her bones.

The vibrations increased, and began to shake her so hard, she had to clenched her teeth to keep them from clacking together.

Both men wrapped their arms around her as they looked up and growled in unison.

Following their gaze, she screamed at the sight of a massive black and putrid green ship lowering from the sky overhead.

A wave of nausea washed over her as fear made her mouth go dry. Feelings radiated from that ship, staining the sky above. Terrible emotions—rage, hate, and an unending hunger for suffering—battered her body and soul. She screamed, but the sound was lost in the brutal roar of the massive engines powering the ship. Her brain felt like it was on fire, and she tried to claw her way free of the men who snarled up at the ship, their teeth having grown into long, savage canines.

Her mind seemed to fracture, to implode on itself, and she woke up screaming, fighting off the hands that had grasped her shoulders.

“Tara!” a familiar voice yelled. “Wake up!”

For a moment, she was suspended between worlds, caught in the nightmare frozen landscape above the icy beauty of an alien city, and the bright light burning through the ceiling of her tent, making the green material glow.

“Tara.” Someone patted her cheeks hard enough to sting. “Wake up!”

Looking up, she saw Rachel’s tired, worried face and burst into tears.

“Oh God, they’re here. We have to warn someone!”

“Honey,” Rachel squatted down next to the air mattress and ran her hand up and down Tara’s arms in a soothing fashion. “You were having a bad dream. It’s okay.”

“A dream?” Tara sat up, brushing the tangled mass of her hair off her sweaty cheeks.

“Yes, just a dream. You were screaming, scared the hell out of everyone. What were you dreaming about?”
