“And how did you set this up, if you mind me asking?”
“I have a good friend who owes me.”
“I have to thank your friend as well.”
“Should we start with dinner? I do have a private chef ready to bring it to us.”
“Why don’t we wait on dinner?”
I gave a curious glance, as Porsha’s hand went down my chest. “And why should we wait on dinner? It’s your favorite dish.”
“Because I want something else and food is not going to satisfy my craving.”
“Oh really? I’ll have to see what else you want.”
“You will definitely see, and feel.”
I smiled, as Porsha took my hand.
“And this place is secluded? Even the chef can’t see us?”
“He’s actually not here. He’s a phone call away though.”
“Good, because we don’t need an audience for this.” She went near the gazebo and pulled me close to her. “I want you, and I can’t wait until later to have you.”
“Your wish is definitely my command.”
I pulled her up, so her back could lean against the railing. She wrapped her legs around me, and I held her while she took off my pants. She lifted her dress, so she could put myself inside her. I always knew my girl had skills, but just doing that alone was a turn on for me.
“Damn, you are eager, especially since you’re not wearing any panties.”
“That’s my surprise to you.”
“Unlike you, I love surprises, especially this one.”
Porsha smiled as she held onto me, as I leaned closer to her. Her smile turned into a moan as she felt the first thrust. She moved her lips to mine, giving me a sensual kiss as our bodies moved in sync. I didn’t care if the evening didn’t go as planned. At that moment, being with Porsha was all that I needed…
I watched the water go down my body and sighed. I didn’t know why I was thinking about that moment with Porsha. I guess I had to think about her explanation about leaving me. I didn’t buy that excuse because we were too happy together for her to just up and leave like she did. Something happened to make her walk away. And it was going to be in my power to find out what the real reason was.
CHAPTER 12
Porsha
I
was definitely shocked to see Remy at my apartment, especially since he never knew where I stayed. I’d definitely have to get on Chandra about that because she should have never given out my address. But when we started talking, it made me think about our relationship and how happy we were. We were having a great conversation, which would probably be the last one we’d have, but at least we were slowly moving in the right direction.
I was a bit nervous because it was the night of Remy’s grandmother’s birthday party. Although Remy and I had discussed the evening, and I suggested meeting him at the venue, Remy insisted on picking me up at my place. I figured he could now since he knew where I stayed.
I took a quick glance at the mirror, looking at the outfit that I’d chosen for the event: a pale pink dress. I continued to look, wondering if the outfit was appropriate for the evening, when the doorbell rang.
“Oh well, too late to change now,” I declared as I picked up my elegant white crossbody and headed to the door.
I opened it to reveal Remy looking scrupulous in a white linen suit with a pink button-down dress shirt. Since his grandmother’s favorite color was pink, everyone had to dress for the occasion, but, looking at Remy, he really outdid himself, which the color accentuated his skin tone.
“You look beautiful, Porsha.”
“Thank you. You don’t look bad yourself.”
