Matt said, “Meanwhile for the rest of us that deal with you the Alpha and Gamma who are not getting any, we disagree. It’s not fine. You all are wound tighter than a tick.” I sighed, “We try. The twins just cry every time. She’s ready and I’m ready it’s just the timing.”

Ted flashed in the room announcing, “Don’t you worry Alpha man. I have solved all our problems with a simple phone call. Let the three of us make tracks. It’s lunch time, and I’m sneaking in a quickie. Bye all.” I sighed as they left.

Derrick said, “It’s blatantly insulting how they brag about their quickies.” I snorted, “Right? Casually throwing their sex life into our faces.” Derrick concurred, “It’s cruel.” I said, “It is. Go on, go grab lunch. Try to snag some time with Sally.” I kept working knowing Lexi was busy with wedding plans. At least I knew if all else failed, I’d get laid on April seventh. I’d be damned if we didn’t consummate our marriage.

I smelled Lexi before she came in. She said we were having a date night. I couldn’t have been more surprised if she’d announced she was pregnant again by osmosis. She told me Haley was popping us somewhere at seven. So, Haley could convince her to go out. Literally not one part of me gave a damn. We were getting out of the house together. I would take it however it came to me.

Lexi was feeling frisky. Moon Goddess, please let me get in a quickie before the pups wake up. I almost wept at the sight of her bra. I hadn’t even gotten her shirt off since they’d been born. Her hands were everywhere. This was finally going to happen. That’s when I heard the first cry.

I must have been a bad person in my past life. I was being punished so harshly for it. Lexi buried her face into my chest, then grabbed her shirt and sped out of the room. Why did I have a monitor in here? If I knew she was going to come in and try to get things started I would’ve had my dad take the monitor. Damn it!

Derrick and Matt came back in. Matt told me, “Ted said he’s going to be your favorite person.” I pouted, “Haley Conners is my favorite person.” Matt laughed, “Ted called her.” Derrick said, “I don’t understand how us all going on some group activity is going to get us laid.” Matt explained, “It’s Haley Conners. Her and Alpha Eric fuck everywhere. Her people do have orgies.” Derrick and I both growled. Matt rolled his eyes, “He feels the same way you do. Let’s just see what happens.”

We all heard Lexi start talking to Emmett. Matt said, “At least you know she wants to have sex. She’s not just avoiding it.” I rolled my eyes, “I knew that already.” If the twins could give me fifteen minutes with her, I could work with that. It had been a long damn time.

Matt said, “She doesn’t need to tell the pack. Everyone knows it’s been a minute with the way you’ve been acting.” I snarked, “How have I been acting?” Derrick replied, “Like me. A bit aggressive.” Matt teased, “At least you admit it.”

I groaned, “If she’d just let my dad watch them….” Matt interrupted, “We’re all going out tonight. She’s trying.” I smiled, “We are going out tonight and at this point I’m not picky. I’ll lock the door to the bathroom wherever we are going with us inside.” Matt said, “I’ll guard the hall.” I sighed in relief, “Good. So long as we have a working plan.”

We worked for a little bit longer until Ted showed up again. He shooed us out of the office, “Everyone get ready! Let’s go! Everyone’s getting their mojo back tonight. Go shower. Get moving.” I grumbled, “For the record this is my office.” Ted agreed, “Yes, and if you had gotten laid at any point in the last few weeks, you’d ignore me; however, that’s not the case so your Alpha ass is going up those stairs to make sure Lexi gets ready.” I growled because he was right.

When Lexi went to shower, I picked up Emma and rocked her for a minute before putting her back down. I picked up Emmett saying, “Your mother is right. You guys are lucky you’re cute.” Emmett giggled. I groaned, “You have no idea what you’re doing to daddy.”

Thank god my dad was outside the house with Nadine and didn’t hear Lexi say the perfect babysitter was coming. I nearly groaned when I heard who it was. Oh my god. If I wanted to get laid, I had to convince the QUEEN of the Hackura to babysit my pups? Hanson had to die tomorrow it was decided.

I linked Matt, “Hanson, he’s got to go. I can only get laid if Queen Veronica and her Hackura guard are babysitting. Save me. SOS. This is not a drill.” Matt replied, “We are trying to work on that. You know what I find odd?” I groaned, “Do I care?” Matt answered, “Yes. You know who’s been visiting A LOT?” I huffed, “Who?”

Matt said, “Tate. Tate has been here a lot to see Ted.” I pressed, “So?” Matt said, “I think you’re forgetting Youngers said he was not alone guarding you. I think Heath has guards on you.” I grumbled, “For GOD’S sake!” Matt laughed in our link. This was getting ridiculous.

I was a little worried that this would continue if we didn’t get Hanson. I really appreciated that Lexi was trying. I was glad she was doing better, but I missed us. I was worried she wouldn’t be able to fully relax until we had Hanson in custody. Maybe not even then. She might need him dead. She came back out in a black dress. My dick was painfully hard.

We put the twins down and walked downstairs. I linked my dad, “I beg of you not to say a damn word about this right now.” My dad snorted, “I’m going to help the Queen watch my grandpups. I won’t say anything. I know Lexi is struggling, and I won’t ruin your first night out.” I gratefully responded, “Bless you.” My dad snorted in response.

Queen Veronica winked at me. I’d let her babysit anytime she wanted. Haley popped us to Eric’s club. Now I knew how I’d get laid. Eric had a lot of spare room in the back of this place. There were quite a few people here too. Matt linked me, “We casually hang out with Hackura Princes and future Princesses. It’s cool. This is fine, an everyday occurrence even. Beta Dylan will literally die they had a meeting tonight when he finds out this happened.” I smirked knowing he probably would.

Cameron walked in and linked, “Reagan was informed we HAD to come.” I smirked, “I’m all for getting out of the house.” Cameron told me, “We all know.” I asked, “Any movement on the new main packhouse?” Cameron said, “A few weeks delayed, but everything’s back on track.” I nodded.

Robert and Susanna had walked in behind Cameron and Reagan. I nodded to him, and he did the same. Susanna ran up to Sally as Haley popped her and Lexi to the bar. I hated that. Susanna declared, “I claim Sally as my partner.” I asked, “For what?” Susanna laughed, “Haley didn’t tell you what we are doing?” I shook my head. Eric linked, “It’s karaoke.” I was fine with that.

Haley popped Lexi to Eric’s office. I frowned asking, “Why couldn’t they do that space unheard chant and talk about their song? She does it for everything else.” Eric snorted, “They will come back wearing something else.” Alpha Jackson said, “You know this and yet you will growl and drag her off to your office to be the rabbits you are over her outfit.” Eric smirked, “Who am I to ruin her plans and her fun?” Prince Harper chimed in, “Yes, Alpha Magic Dick we know you have powers and you use them.”

I commented, “Eric, you have so many nicknames.” Eric smirked, “Beta Dylan is distraught Lucas had a meeting they couldn’t get out of to join us.” I said, “You seem very broken up about it. Are we partners since our mates are?”

Eric snorted, “I wouldn’t bother picking a song. My Angel told me the point of tonight is for you to get laid. Whatever Lexi is coming back out wearing is designed to make you go crazy.” I snorted, “I don’t need a damn outfit. Do I want to know why your brother-in-law calls you Alpha Magic Dick?” Eric smirked.

Prince Harper answered, “My sister is so happy with him. You might understand better than most since she got sick after touching you. Haley’s all loved up and fucking him every five seconds. When she couldn't stand for people to almost touch her before meeting him. The only logical conclusion is that his dick is magic.” I groaned, “I’m sorry that I asked.”

Ted called, “I’m not!” Matt growled. Molly teased, “You two are screwed. Also, Haley says you can’t attack them until the end of the song.” I questioned, “What song?” Molly winked, “I’m not allowed to tell you.” I asked Eric, “Do you know?” He said, “It’s been a secret all damn day. I’m told it will be worth it. My Angel can’t lie so I’m sure it’s good.”

I complained, “I’m already wound up. I don’t need a dang song. I need a room without a pup monitor.” Eric chuckled, “Ted asked a fairy for help. Next time he can just ask me.” I snorted, “He’d still ask the fairy.” Eric said, “You could beat him to the punch.”

I changed the subject, “So what’s this shit about us having guards?” Eric snorted, “You got guards? I told mine they can only be here if there’s an active threat.” I snorted. He didn’t know. Gunner was smirking at me. Princes Bjourn, Marcus, and Harper were actively looking anywhere else but at us.

Eric narrowed his eyes, “What?” I said, “My guard seems to think that’s not true anymore.” Eric growled, “WHAT?!” Gunner announced, “I need a drink.” Eric questioned, “Bjourn? Marcus? Harper?” Marcus said, “Haley might have done a thing.” Molly laughed. Eric whirled on her, “YOU KNEW?” Molly said, “I did know. Before you ask Jackson didn’t know, and it’s Karaoke time.” She started the music while Eric seethed.

Haley and Lexi popped on the stage looking damn good. My eyes couldn’t leave Lexi. I was basing the decision about Haley on Eric’s reaction. It was the same as mine. Lexi was in all black. Skintight black pants and a see through black top. I was going to die.

Matt linked me laughing. I growled back at him, but it was lacking since my mouth was dry. Bolt was beside himself with the need to claim her. He could calm down because it was my turn first. Alpha Eric seemed to be having just as hard a time as I was. Their dance was killing me. They were pumping their hips and running their hands down their legs.
