BANG BANG! “Hello?”

Shit!

My expression must have been classic as Amber looked at the door and then back at me with a giggle. We were so busted.

The smell of sex was in the air but Amber acted fast. “Go and hide in one of the cubicles,” she suggested in a lowered voice.

I nodded.

“Wait, where’s my underwear?” she said looking around the floor which turned me back.

“Believe me, it’s no use to anyone now. I shredded it,” I said with a sexy cocksure grin. Showing her the remains from my pocket.

Amber smiled and shook her head, “You owe me a hundred pounds.”

“For a thong?” I questioned with a horrified look.

“What can I say? I like the best.”

Shooting her a smug smile, I motioned towards myself, stating, “Of course you do.”Amber rolled her eyes, clearly amused by my big-headedness. I added a wink to my smugness and rushed over to one of the cubicles to shut myself inside.

I could hear Amber washing her hands and then the sound of her shoes as they clicked against the marble. There was another knock.

The sound of the lock being turned and the door being opened told me she was close to making her escape. Looking around the space in the small toilet, I pulled the lid down and lowered myself onto it.

“I’m so sorry, I had a malfunction with my dress. It’s all yours, ladies,” I heard Amber say to whomever we’d kept waiting.

What sounded like two women then bustled into the bathroom and I held my breath as they chose a toilet cubicle.

They didn’t come up for air. The two women chattered whilst they pissed which seemed to take forever until their toiletseventuallyflushed. They then carried the fuck on at the sinks. I was stuck in there for around ten minutes and was slowly losing the will to live. They were taking their time, enjoying gossiping about Sally’s weight gain, fucking bitches. I lost patience.

My phone buzzed and I removed it from my jacket where it sat with Amber’s.

Tell me you didn’t just fuck Amber in the bathroom.Gabriel had texted me. Leonie had clearly reported back to him that she had seen me.

OK then, I won't.I replied with a grin.

That’s tacky, even by your standards.Gabe batted back. Thankfully my phone was on silent.

Bite me.I thumbed in and slid my phone back into my tux jacket.

To hell with it. I needed to get out of there.

Pushing to my feet, I flushed the loo and straightened my clothing. Whistling a tune, I then walked out of my toilet prison as if I hadeveryright to be in there.

“Oh my,” one of the chatterboxes gasped from behind her hand.

It was two of the Golden Girls who had been staring at us from earlier, their mouths hanging open in the mirror. With a bright smile, I walked up next to them and started washing my hands.

“Ladies,” I greeted, grinning at the shock which coated their eyes. “Apologies, but when you’ve got to go, you’ve got to go,” I explained in my most charming voice, turning off the tap and grabbing one of the spare towels. They both just nodded weakly, half astonished, half horrified.

“Err, yes, of course,” the other nosy old bat coughed with a look of embarrassment towards her buddy.

As I dried off my hands, I shot them both a cheeky wink and left them with, “I think Sally looks good. You know what they say; Big is back.” Having no clue as to who the hell Sally was but I hated backstabbers.

Dumping the towel in the used basket, I left the bathroom with my whistle and a spring in my step, hoping that Amber hadn’t done what she’d threatened earlier and left with Dexter.

There was now no doubt in my mind, I wanted to knoweverythingabout Amber’s past and most importantly, I wanted to be part of her future.
