"Now tell me bhai, what about Avyan??", Isha asked her brother settling in his car...

"Well... why do you think Avyan isn't coming home??", Ranveer asked, and Isha looked at him with confusion... "your husband punished him for enjoying his misery...", Ranveer said

"What?? No...", Isha started but didn't get anything to support her husband...

"Yes, it's true Ishu, I just know it, okay your husband wouldn't lie to you right?? ask him, and if denies it, I will apologize to him for accusing him wrongly... also, think, did Avyan stay the night in the office before??", Ranveer provoked his sister against Abhyansh, and he got successful...

"Take me home bhai...", Isha said and, on their way, they talked casually, Isha too responded normally and that made Ranveer happy...

Ranveer dropped Isha, though she didn't invite him, he invited himself, he so wanted to see BEAST's roast by his sister, so he came inside...

Ranveer went to meet the BEAST directly while Isha went to make coffee for her husband with which she meets her husband every day after she is back from her work...

Abhyansh frowned hearing about Ranveer's visit, he allowed him inside, and looking at Ranveer's sickly sweet smile, his frown deepened...

"What did you do now Rajput??", Abhyansh asked directly...

"You'll know soon, what's so hurry??", Ranveer said settling in front of him...

Both glared at each other, and after a few minutes, Abhyansh started his work ignoring Ranveer but looked up instantly when he heard his wife's anklet sound... he saw her coming with coffee for him...

"You are early today??", He asked with his usual cold tone but Isha could see that he is happy to see her, but she isn't, with what he did to Avyan, well if he really did...

"Yes, I came back with bhai", she repliedhanding him his coffee... he nodded at her... "Maharaj... I want to ask you something", she said, and he frowned at her calling him 'Maharaj', he sensed something is wrong and he knew his brother-in-law is behind it...

"Did you punish Avyan for witnessing our conversation??", She asked, 'for witnessing your soft side or you pleading me for forgiveness??', She wanted to say but didn't, if her husband didn't like her talking to him casually, she wouldn't... "is it the reason why Avyan is working so much??", She asked softly...

Abhyansh glared at Ranveer who smirked at him in return...

"Yes...", Abhyansh said taking a deep breath, he knew his wife would be hurt and blame herself for it but he can't lie, before he never had to lie as he feared none and nothing, but now he fears her getting hurt but couldn't lie as he is never used to it.

"I'm sorry, even after knowing you hate someone back answering you, I did, I shouldn't have talked back to you in the kitchen that night, that too in front of him, it's my fault, please punish me, not Avyan, it's not his fault that he is there...", Isha said teary-eyed...

"No, Isha... stop crying... it's not your fault and you can say anything to me, I'm your husband...", he said, Ranveer enjoyed the BEAST's misery just like he enjoyed his, a couple of days ago...

"Is it not why you punished Avyan?? He heard someone talking back to the king, and you felt insulted, I can ask forgiveness in front of everyone if that's what you want, but don't punish Avyan, and I wouldn't talk to you back here on... in fact, I won't talk to you until and unless it is necessary", she said, this time she acted, she knew her husband badly wanted her to behave like a wife, he enjoyed her taunts as well, he loved it... but all he hated is his brother witnessing it...

"Isha...", Abhyansh exasperated... Ranveer chuckled at his misery...

"Rajput... get out", Abhyansh said

"Oh, I'm sorry, you don't want me to witness you pacifying my sister?? The mighty king feels insulted to bow for his wife, in front of an audience... I understand, I'm going", Ranveer added fuel, and acted as if getting up and leaving from there but he is sure Abhyansh would stop him and he did...

"Stop... you can stay...", Abhyansh said... he wanted privacy to pacify his wife, he is not comfortable in displaying his emotions and soft side in front of people... but if he kicks Ranveer out now, his already upset wife would get more upset but what she said surprised him...

"Bhai... could you please stay here while Rana sa and I will come in 5 minutes", she said and Ranveer is shocked... his sister is spoiling all his plans of enjoying the BEAST's misery...

She knew her husband's problem, but she didn't want to hurt his brother's respect by asking him to go out, so she brought herself and her husband alone... they went to a connecting room to the study and locked the door...

"You amaze me", Abhyansh said pulling her into his arms and she blushed... "and what was that?? You won't talk to me from now??", Abhyansh asked, his lips touching her cheek...

"I... I mean unnecessarily...", she fumbled with his proximity...

"And I would let you??Isha... I know you didn't like me punishing Avyan... but he was enjoying my misery too much, I had to do it...", Abhyansh said, and Isha glared at him...

"Okay, I will stay silent from now, that way, no one gets a chance to enjoy your misery, I'm sorry", she said, and he sighed...
