"And killing that man doesn't change anything," Oliver said.

Hedda closed her eyes as more tears fell down her face. They were being way too understanding and nice to her in this situation. Shouldn't they be mad at her? Tell her she needed to leave? Give her up to the authorities?

But they weren't.

Leo and Oliver wanted to know what happened and said they still loved her. Were they being for real right now? Hedda didn't know if they were being real or if this was allgoing to blow back up on her. Were they wanting her to spill her guts out to them and then they go to the authorities?

She wanted to tell them everything that happened so badly but at the same time, she didn't want to. What if they told her they didn't want her after she explained everything?

Everything in her wanted to explain it to them to get it over with. She didn't want it looming over her head any longer.

Why couldn't she just tell them? Something was holding her back and she didn't know what. Maybe the fear of the unknown. She didn't know how they would react to the whole story. Sure, they told her they still loved her no matter what, but they didn't know everything that happened.

There was more to the story. What if they heard it and didn't want her? She would be heartbroken, but she would have to figure out how to get through it.

"We're here for you," Leo said. "We're always here for you."

"And we love you," Oliver added.

She took in a shaky breath as she looked between both of them. What was she going to do? She couldn't make up her mind if she should tell them or not.

"Can I go to the bathroom?" she whispered.

It was out of the blue and she didn't really need to go to the bathroom. She just needed to wrap her brain around everything and try to come up with an answer.

"Yeah, Sweets. You can," Leo said as he let go of her.

Oliver helped her off of his lap and she made her way towards the bathroom. She briefly lookedback at both of them before she closed the door. They were staring at her and she couldn't make out their facial expressions.

Were they mad at her for asking to go to the bathroom? Were they mad she had killed someone and were not showing it since she was leaving for a couple of minutes?

Hedda took a deep breath before she bent down and looked through the cabinet. She had his her phone in here several days ago. Oliver and Leo were constantly with her and she needed time to text Storm and tell her she was okay.

After Oliver and Leo saw her brother, they had told her she could now text Storm on the phone. They had apologized that they hadn't let her before. It was sweet of them and since that day, she hadn't missed a day with texting Storm.

She held her phone and sat down on the ground. Hedda needed to text Storm.

Hedda

I'm scared

Her reply came instantly.

Storm

What's wrong?

Storm

Do I need to track your location?

Storm

Get Kirk to track you and send people after you?

Hedda took a shaky breath in. She shouldn't have sent that text message like that. It was wrong of her, but she wasn'tthinking right now. She needed to respond soon, or else Storm was going to tell Miles and actually send people her way.
