Hedda cried even harder as everything started to get overwhelming. She had messed up so many times and she was angry with herself. How could she mess up so badly? Showing weakness wasn't an option for her and yet, here she was continuing to show it.

"You're okay," Leo whispered.

She shook her head and cried even harder. Cried because of what she did several months ago to Richard, cried because she was exhausted from being strong all the time, cried because she was being weak, and so much more.

Hedda's gag reflexes kicked in as a sob made its way through her body.

"Take a couple deep breaths," Leo said. "You're going to make yourself throw up."

But Hedda couldn't stop herself from crying long enough to take a deep breath in. Everything started to drown out as panic engulfed her body. Hedda continued to cry even harder as she panicked.

Before she knew what was happening, Oliver grabbed her face with his hands. She was staring right into his eyes. They were calm looking.

"Fo..mou..." his lips were moving, but she couldn't hear anything.

Her eyes went wide, tears streaming down her face, and she sucked in a breath of air. What was happening? Why couldn't she hear anything right now? It was coming in bits and pieces.

"Yo...ay...." Oliver's mouth continued to move.

Her eyes started around the room, trying to find something else to look at. She didn't know what, but seeing Oliver's mouth move and not hearing everything was making her panic.

Was she dying? Was that why she couldn't hear anything and was panicking so much? Did her body know?

Oliver's grip tightened on her face and her eyes went back to his. He let go with his right hand and pointed to his mouth.

What was he trying to say?

He pointed to his mouth again and she watched. Oliver's lips moved but she didn't catch anything. Tears filled her eyes even more. Anger was rolling through her. Why couldn't she read his fucking lips? It was simple and she should be able to do it.

Hedda blinked several times and looked at his lips again. He gave her a smile before his lips started to move again.

"You're okay," is what she thought he said. She honestly had no clue because reading lips was fucking hard.

He placed her hand on his chest and she could feel his strong heartbeat but she could also feel him taking several deep breaths. Everything was steady because he wasn't panicking.

She managed to take a couple of deep breaths and felt herself slowly starting to calm down.

"You're okay," Oliver said.

Hedda let out a sigh of relief as she heard his voice. Maybe she wasn't dying.

"You're doing amazing," Leo said as he came into view.

Oliver let go of her face and a whimper escaped her lips. She closed her eyes, not wanting to see his facial expression. She should've been better at keeping that in. He didn't need to know that she wanted him to continue to touch her.

"Let me get the ropes off and then I can hold you again," Oliver gently said.

She wanted to correct him and say she didn't want that, but it was a lie. She did want it and all of them knew it.

"Papa is going to hold you while I take them off," Oliver said.

Hedda didn't have it in her to tell Oliver to not call Leo that. She didn't need them to remind her of who they were to her. She couldn't call them that right now. Not when they didn't know what she did.

Leo helped her sit down and he held her against him. They probably thought she was going to fight against them and try to get away, but Hedda was exhausted. Her body was tired and she was also mentally tired.

"You're okay," Leo whispered in her ear. "Let us take care of you."

Hedda closed her eyes and leaned back into him. Maybe once she got her strength back, she would fight against him to try and get out. She had told herself a while ago that she would pick her battles wisely, but she hadn't done that.
