"When you're ready, we'll be here for you," Leo said. "We're not going anywhere. We want to be your safe place."

By now she knew he was telling the truth. They had told her that several times since they took her from Michael and Monroe's house. Leo and Oliver kept reminding her that they were a safe place for her.

She didn't want to believe it, but she was slowly starting to trust their words. They were feeling like a safe place for her. Hence them breaking down her walls, little by little.

"No matter how much you push us away, we're not going anywhere," Oliver said. "No matter the hateful words you tell us, we're not going anywhere."

She pushed against Leo, trying to get away. She didn't want to hear this right now. Not when she was vulnerable. Maybe they knew that and were trying to take advantage of it.

"It doesn't have to be right now, but just know whenever you're ready to tell us, we'll be here," Leo said, kissing the side of her head again.

He held her close to his body and she leaned her head on his chest. Just a couple of seconds like this and she would go back to trying to get out. She just wanted to feel cherished for a second. No fighting.

"You're so precious," Oliver whispered as he kissed her forehead. "So precious."

"No," she mumbled.

"I don't think she believes how precious she is to us," Leosaid. "You're the most precious being to us. We would do anything for you. We would kill for you."

Her whole body froze at the mention of killing someone. She couldn't do that. Not this close to her nightmare or how fresh her killing was.

"No," she said louder. "Let me go!"

Hedda wiggled in his arms, but Leo kept a firm hold on her.

"Not until you calm down," Leo said. "I'll let you go when you're nice and calm but not a second before. I don't want you hurting yourself."

Hedda bent her head down and bit his arm.

"Shit."

His one arm let go of her, but before she could do anything, Oliver wrapped his arms around her and hauled her up.

"No biting," Oliver said. "That was naughty of you." He walked over towards the corner and placed her there.

"Stand here for five minutes," Oliver said. "If you move, the time starts over. If you make a sound, the time starts over."

She turned around and glared at him. He had no right to do this to her. Leo was holding her against her will, and she did what she was supposed to. Bite him until he lets her go. But Hedda hadn't thought about Oliver grabbing her so quickly.

She thought by now she should've but she hadn't.

"Time starts over and you have an extra two minutes," Oliver said as he turned her around.

"Do you want me to tie you up?"

Hedda's whole body froze and she didn't move. She didn't want to be tied up. They could suspend her again and she didn't want to feel vulnerable.

They had already gotten her into a vulnerable state several times without trying. Was she becoming more weak as time went on?

"I want you to think about what you just did and why it was wrong," Oliver said.

She huffed out a breath of air but kept her face in the corner.

"Time starts over," Oliver said.

Hedda clenched her jaw together and kept still. She didn't want any more time added on or the time restarting. It was torture enough.

Anytime she had to do corner time, they sometimes threatened to tie her up and suspend her. They knew she didn't like it and it was a punishment.
