‘I promise,’ I said again, my heart racing.

Retrieving his hand from my grip, he laid it on my cheek and kissed my lips. ‘I know your heart was in the right place, but when you told me that lie last night – in fact, whenever you lie, you’re depriving me of the chance to make the best decisions for myself. You’re choosing for me and, frankly, that offends me. Do you have such little faith in my ability to think for myself?’

My breath hitched in my throat. I hadn’t thought of it that way. ‘No, not at all. As I’ve said, I just didn’t want you to worry.’

‘I would have worried,’ he said, his face grave. ‘But I would have decided to trust you all the same.’

Unbidden tears clouded my vision. I hadn’t expected to get so emotional, but I was awfully ashamed of myself. ‘I won’t do it again – ever,’ I said, my voice brittle. ‘I truly am so sorry.’

‘You’re forgiven, don’t worry. I just wanted to make it clear that I won’t tolerate it happening again.’ He leaned in and left a slow, tender kiss on my mouth.

‘I need a shower,’ he said as he pulled away. ‘And so do you. We’re covered in sweat.’

Sighing, I gazed down the length of my body. He was right. It looked like we had been in a steam room.

‘You go first. I can’t move yet,’ I said and closed my eyes. I was going to be terribly sore tomorrow. He was abnormally large, and he had been at me for ages. I already dreaded having to sit. As if I required a reminder of him...Lately, he was all I thought about, and now I wouldn’t be able to sit anywhere without feeling his phantom cock within me.

‘Why are you blushing?’ he asked then.

I looked at him. ‘Because I’m not looking forward to sitting tomorrow.’

He laughed wholeheartedly, his eyes gleaming with mirth. For a moment, he looked years younger than he was.

‘Might as well get used to it,’ he said as he pushed himself up and moved out of the bed.

When he opened the door, the music pounded into the room.

‘Jason!’ he shouted. ‘Turn down the bloody music!’

‘Finally!’ Jason roared back. ‘Took you long enough! Jesus Christ, man! How long do you last?’

The music stopped.

‘Why? You jealous of my stamina?’ William replied, poking his head out the door.

‘Piss off.’

‘Unless you want to see my cock, you should look away. I need a shower.’

‘Fucking animal,’ Jason muttered. ‘Is she even still alive in there?’

‘Barely,’ William said as he headed into the bathroom, audibly smug.

I giggled at the sound of them. They were definitely siblings.

William had been gone for a few minutes when Jason announced his approach. ‘Incoming.’

I dragged the duvet over myself and faced the door. Reaching the doorway, Jason leaned against the doorpost and folded his arms. A look of great amusement covered his face as he scanned my lazy figure.

‘Are you hungry?’ he asked. ‘I saw you’d started on an omelette, so I finished cooking it.’

‘Aw, thanks, but I was making it for Will. I’m sure he’s starving.’

‘William!’ he shouted.

‘Yeah!’

‘Are you hungry?’
