“I’ve never even kissed her, let alone had my dick lead the way to her before,” I returned snidely.

“But…” Missy looked really confused until she realized I was telling the truth, then she laughed. “Oh lord! I got all up in my feelings for nothing then. She’s never had you and you haven’t done shit with her?” The woman before me continued laughing. “Why in the hell are the rest of the guys always running their mouths about her to you then?”

“Because I was supposed to marry her and up until a few months before I met you, I would have gladly done it if she’d walked through the doors and acted the least bit interested again.”

“You know what I think we need to do?” Missy asked while pushing her tits into my stomach.

“What’s that?”

“We should go have makeup sex so that we can get over this little miscommunication. Then, you can forget all about that stupid girl coming home and I can remind you why she should just be a memory anyway.”

I didn’t bother to say shit. Missy and I were going in two different directions, but I wasn’t opposed to a hate-fueled fuck. We made our way to my room at the clubhouse and the minute I shut the door behind us, Missy’s clothes started dropping off.

An hour later, I rolled away from Missy, deposited the used condom in the trash, and then reached back and smacked her ass.

“Don’t get comfortable.” She had just cuddled up like I was coming back to bed to snuggle her ass.

“Are you ready to go again so soon? Jesus, Jared, you just wore me out. You’ve never fucked me so vigorously before.”

“Get up. It’s time for you to go,” I demanded.

Missy sat up and pulled my sheets up around her breasts then. The look of shock on her face was almost priceless. “What is going on?”

“It’s time for you to leave.”

“I heard that. I’m asking what the hell brought this on? We just had sex, for Christ’s sake.”

“Yeah, and now you’re overstaying your welcome.”

“It’s a family cookout day. They can’t get mad if we take a nap together.”

“This isn’t about the club or the rules, Missy. I am the one telling you that it’s time for you to go.”

“Jared?” She said my name as if it was a question. “Why?” I stood there and stared at her for a few minutes before she huffed. “This is about that princess bitch, isn’t it?”

“You’re going to watch how you talk about my President’s daughter, Missy. She’s everything to these people while you’re nothing.”

“N-nothing!” She sputtered, as her eyes widened almost comically. “So, that’s it? Your little crush comes back to town and somehow, I’m thrown out like yesterday’s garbage?”

“That’s not how it is.”

“Then explain to me exactly what just happened.”

“We had a goodbye fuck because I don’t stick it out with disloyal women. You lied to my fucking face! One thing I learned when I fucked up my proposal to Star all those years ago, was exactly what loyalty meant, and what breaking it could cost a person. You lied to me, that makes you disloyal and untrustworthy. But you also took it upon yourself to confront an important of this family without knowing what the fuck you were talking about. You think that fucking confrontation won’t make the rounds and come back on me? Trench was there and heard every word you said.”

“So, that’s it? You’re dumping me because I had one moment of jealousy and insecurity?”

“I’m doing it because you didn’t respect or trust me enough to handle my own shit. Because you shit on my family by doing what you did. Because you fucking lied to my face about what went down. Had one of my brothers come to me and asked about that situation, you would have made me inadvertently lie to them if I hadn’t been there to know the truth. What you did was cause damage between us that can’t be undone.”

“So, you never make mistakes?” She asked in her snotty attitude.

“Yeah, I fucking have, and the funny thing about making them is that you always pay for it in the end. You might not like the outcome or the payment that comes due, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t coming. You fucked up. This is the result.”

“You are unbelievable!” She shrieked at me, but she finally jumped up and started getting her clothes back on. “If I walk out that door, that’s it between us. There is no going back when you realize your pretty little princess doesn’t even want you.”

“I’ll walk you out.” I stood there with my arms crossed and waited for her to finish getting her shit together.

“What? Now, you can’t trust me to walk around here on my own?”
