Now was the time to test his theory.

He closed his eyes and waited for the air to warm.

When he opened his eyes, he called out her name. “Sabrina.”

A moment later, he could sense her, though he couldn’t see her yet. Irritating, but more

than he’d gotten lately. “Sabrina, come to me.” He kept his voice low and gentle. “I miss

you.”

The air ahead of him shimmered gold and a moment later, Sabrina appeared in front of

him, naked and beautiful. He wanted to take her right then and there, but he hung back.

Tonight was a test to see if he could see her when Chase was gone.

It had worked.

She looked around and saw him. She winced as he stepped closer but didn’t run away.

He reached out and caressed her cheek. “Good girl,” he whispered.

He dropped his hand to her chest, trailing his fingers over her nipple which hardened

instantly. She gasped and closed her eyes as he played with her breast, first one, then the

other. Her skin flushed a beautiful shade of pink, and he could smell her arousal.

He leaned forward and nuzzled her neck. “Come to me tomorrow and I’ll make you feel

so good.” He pulled away, and she stared, mouth open.

Oh, how he wanted to grab her head and shove his cock down her throat, but he

couldn’t scare her tonight. He needed her open to him for tomorrow night.

He turned and walked away, the white light fading around him.

Once the air cooled, he opened his eyes. “Terric!”

The Immortal appeared in a golden flash of light. “My lord?”

“She is vulnerable. Prepare to take her tomorrow night.”

Terric bowed. “As you wish.”

Sabrina slowly opened her eyes, blinking several times in the darkness. What was that dream? Why

hadn’t her Master pursued her in her dream? Why had he been absent from her dreams for so long?

And why did he . . .

She scrunched her face, trying to hold on to the dream and the questions it brought to mind as both

faded away like a fine mist. A moment later, the only thing she was left with was deep arousal. She

squeezed her thighs together, wishing Chase were in bed with her.
