chain that looped around a horizontal pole above her head. Bruises and welts covered her body and

her eyes were swollen shut and bruised. A wicked-looking pole was shoved into her pussy and

attached to the bottom of the table so it wouldn’t move.

Sabrina looked away, desperately wondering if there was any way to escape. Before she could

contemplate anything, though, the man reentered the room, followed by a giant. Without a word, the

giant waved his hand in the air and the cuffs fell from her wrists. He pulled her to her feet and led her

out of the room.

They dragged her back to where she’d woken and shoved her onto the bed. They stared down at

her and Sabrina tried to cover herself but their gazes turned fierce. She dropped her hands and fisted

the blanket beneath her.

The men looked at each other and then nodded. One grabbed her hips and flipped her over and

pushed her rear into the air. Without ceremony, he kneeled behind her and forced his way into her

body.

Sabrina screamed and struggled, but the hands were strong and unmoving.

Slowly, the man thrust in and out, murmuring low. The room spun and her vision clouded. Gold

sparkles filled her mind and she knew no more.

Damian looked back to his bed once more before leaving the room. The half-Immortals were spread

across the room, sleeping. When they woke, they would be his to control.

He smiled as he strode down the hallway toward Sabrina’s room. A few more weeks and

everything would be in place. He opened the door to the bedroom and saw Terric standing over

Sabrina with narrowed eyes. She appeared to be asleep, but Terric still watched her? “What’s

wrong?”

Terric shook his head. “She awoke to herself. A confused self, but not the one under your control.”

Damian’s gaze flickered to the sleeping woman and back to the Immortal. “How is that possible?

We’ve bonded. I broke the bond between her and her husband.”

Terric pressed his lips together. “Apparently not.”

Damian tamped down the rage that threatened to let loose. “That’s not possible,” he said behind

clenched teeth.

Terric arched a brow. “It is what happened.”

He clenched his jaw. “How?”
