Sitting on his lap, I rotate my hips. His lips part, taking in a deep breath. He wants me.

I unclasp my hands, placing one hand on his shoulder so I can lift myself onto my knees and off his lap. Reaching down between us, I grip his cock, guiding him to my entrance. Letting go, I place my hand back on his shoulder, slowly lowering myself onto his massive girth.

I toss my head back and groan, “She’d want me to be happy.”

Mac moans. Sitting up straighter, he slides his hands up my back, gripping my shoulder blades.

I raise up on my knees again, letting him almost come out of me before I glide back down. I breathe. “She’d want me to live for her.”

Mac growls, “Fuck yeah.”

Knowing it drives him crazy, I lift a hand, releasing my hair.

He grabs a handful, yanking my head back. I cry out in pleasurable pain.

Lifting up painstakingly slowly, I widen my fingers around his neck and grip hard.

“She’d want me to be free to live my life,” I croak before slamming down.

Mac begs, “Cindy, please. Fuck me.”

I smile at the ceiling, hearing him call me by my real name. It sounded good.

As you wish.

I rhythmically move my hips faster over him. “She’d want me to live.”

Mac hisses. “Yes.”

I continue grinding deep, moving forward and backward. Mac’s fingers twitch, digging into my hips with urgency.

Fuck, he’s so deep.

I quicken my assault on him, gripping a handful of hair and yanking his head back. I bite into his neck like a vampire thirsty for blood and suck as hard as I can, marking him.

Feeling his body tense, I rock faster, riding him hard.

Before losing control, I cry, “She’d want me to love you.”

“Christ, Dee.” Mac shudders beneath me as he explodes inside me.

Hearing him call me by my sister’s nickname, I let the tears fall and whisper, “I love you, sis.”

It’s been almost three months since I found her. Every day since losing Ray has been a struggle, but we keep moving forward together. When Phoenix had to go home, we returned with her and closed up all of Sharlene Hicks’ accounts. When we left Texas, we left behind Sharlene, and when we arrived in New York, she was Cindy Walker again.

She wanted independence and didn’t want to move into my room at the clubhouse, so we moved her into the studio above the White Wolfe Lounge, where she now manages. She’s doing what she loves, but now she’s her own boss.

Phoenix visited twice, saying she wanted to move here soon and couldn’t see herself living in Texas without Sin.

Steve visits all the time now. I think they both feel like they’re the only family each other has, so they kind of cling to that. Dexter is still a missing person, and I know until Steve actually finds a body, he’ll keep looking.

Viktoriya still hasn’t resurfaced, but we’re both on the lookout, watching our backs. I know sooner or later, she’ll come for us. We took out a huge part of their ring that day, seizing several buyers and saving fifteen girls.

No one even asked about Peshkov, and his whereabouts are still unknown. Steve held true to his word, and none of that came back on us. That same day, we seized guns and drugs from the bust at Lenny’s. I’m sure we’re going to hear from Luc’s uncle Frank soon regarding that.

Overall, these past few months have been quiet.

The more I get to know my girl, the more I fall in love. She’s starting to blossom in this new life of ours. She truly is my girl with two faces. I have had a couple of dreams where my sister visited and Ray’s with her. They look happy, so my once-haunting dreams are now peaceful. I need to keep my promise to Ray and protect and love her sister with all my heart.
