“Not once. So, forgive me if it feels like I don’t know what I’m doing.”

She moves her hands to squeeze my ass. “It definitely doesn’t feel like that.”

“Oh, that feels nice,” I tell her.

“Maybe it would feel even nicer if one of your Alphas was back there,” she suggests.

I think about what Enzo was just doing, and I can’t help but blush.

I look up, at Rourke. He moves around behind me quickly.

“Will you mark me?” I ask him.

“Whenever you want me to, I will.”

“Now. Before you put your cock in me and fuck me into our mate.”

“So demanding,” he chides jokingly.

His mouth moves to my throat, and he pauses. “Not here, right? You hide all your marks.”

I look around at my mates and I know now I don’t want to hide anything about who we are anymore. “On my throat, like Beth’s. Leave room for Gio above.”

It’s time we were all proud of who we are and who we’re with.

I don’t care what the world thinks.

I have a pack who love me, and I love every one of them.

Chapter Ninety-Six

Beth

Three Months Later

The phone is ringing off the hook, and the new girl is barely capable of taking a single reservation at a time. She has zero experience, and it shows. Fortunately, Gio is an excellent teacher when it comes to our staff. He kind of has to be since he doesn’t care about hiring people who know what they’re doing.

Not that I can complain, considering where I started.

“Take one call at a time. Write down the message which is just the name, date, time and customer’s phone number, and I’ll sort all the bookings from there, okay?” I ask, since right now Gio is helping Arrow through a heat, and Jack’s busy helping Enzo in the kitchen.

The new girl nods. “Okay. Okay. I’ve got this.”

“You’ve got it,” I add, not sure she has.

It’s not going to be a problem. I can take over if she doesn’t get it.

The four wait staff on shift are good enough to keep up with the steady customer turnover, so tonight our only weak spot is this desk.

The door opens and I step away from the desk as my sister walks in with her boyfriend, Ben.

Daniel didn’t last. It turned out he was married. That was why he was asking Catherine to meet at a hotel. Douchebag. I wish I’d found him on social media sooner, but considering I still found him, and messaged everyone he was friends with to tell them all what a lying, cheating scumbag he is, I’m happy things turned out for the best.

Especially for Catherine, his (soon to be ex-) wife, and the three other girls he was stringing along. Yeah, he was a real piece of shit. I’m glad he’s out of her life.

Ben is such a sweetheart.

If he hurts her, he’s dead, but he knows that.
