Chapter 17

Reaper

“What a fucking pigsty,” Animal, of all people, said with disgust.

I glanced around the filthy living room. There were takeaway cartons, pizza boxes, paper wrappers, and various bottles and cans of alcohol strewed everywhere.

“No wonder he kept Kat locked away at home. She had been nothing more than their skivvy,” I said angrily.

Everyone was looking disgusted and nodded.

“Lucifer, you get to Kieran's room once you hear the whistle,” I said.

He had brought three of his best men, and I had done the same. We didn’t need anymore for these shitbags. There were four people in the house, and there were eight of us.

“Dad, let's get him. You all know where you are going?” I asked, but we knew the layout inside out for the house. I didn’t want any fuck ups.

I did one last check to make sure hats and gloves were on. Nothing was going back to our clubs.

Widower took the lead since he knew missions inside out. We silently followed him as put his head torch on and gave us hand directions. Once we reached the bottom of the staircase, we all put our torches on and crept up the stairs. We all spread out at the top and stood in front of our designated rooms. Widower gave the silent finger countdown, and I kicked Demon’s door down because I wanted him to shit himself.

He jumped out of bed and was scrambling for the side of the bed. I ran up to him, grabbed his throat, and began to punch his face.

The fury inside me was insatiable. He raped my ten-year-old cousin, he killed her father, he killed all the members that left with my dad. He fucking abused my Kat for years.

I dragged him off the bed and sat on top of him. I was grunting, but I continued to pummel his face. I knew I was going off plan it was supposed to be one shot to the head and exit.

The light went on, and I saw his face was bloody and swollen so badly his eyes were tiny slits. I was panting and paused for a few seconds before I began to smash his face in again. His slimy, long grey hair was becoming bloody, and I grinned.

“Son, that’s enough,” Dad said in a hard voice.

I got up and stamped my heel down between his legs.

“Holy fucking shit.” Someone said behind me.

“All his squealing is going to get the neighbours up.”

I hadn’t heard anything I had just been focused on getting rid of years of hatred.

Animal came over and put his hand over Demon’s mouth.

I turned behind us and saw everyone in the room. Kieran stood in some joggers and a T-shirt. I nodded to him, but he was looking down at his dad.

He pushed everyone out of the way and jumped on his ribs.

I winced, hearing a crack before I began to chuckle.

“Nice one,” I said to him.

I leaned down to Demon, and Animal moved his hand away.

“Did your mole tell you? Your daughter is my old lady now. She is going to give birth to a Soul Snatcher’s baby. She is going to carry our legacy forward, you old cunt.”

“Move it along.”

I ignored all of them.

“Was her cunt as tight as little Lily’s?” He wheezed out.
