“The alpha is busy. He’s taking down his mate so get that pretty little ass of yours out o-” I cut him off.

“Tell him it’s about Artemis King. I’m sure you’ve already heard her name.”

They looked surprised and hesitant. There eyes fogged over. They’re mind linking him.

Blake’s POV

I should have followed her. I shouldn’t have let her go.

I need my mate with me.

When I get her back I’m going to lock her in my bedroom.

I don’t care if that makes me a rapist or kidnapper. I just need her by my side.

It’s only been half an hour but my office is trashed and I already miss her.

I shouldn’t have slapped her.

I deserve that punch she threw at me.

What’s wrong with me!?

I should care for her not hurt her.

I fucked up.

‘Ya think.’ My wolf growled at me.

I blocked him out and kept torturing myself with my thoughts.

‘Alpha, there’s someone here to see you. It’s he huntress you encountered.’ One of my guards linked me.

Not now. Why now!?

‘What does she want!?’ I growled.

‘She says it’s about Artemis King. Our Luna.’

My ears perked up at the mention of her name.

Does she know my mate!?

‘I’m on my way.’ I responded.

I made my way to the edge of my territory.

I saw my guards staring at Robin Hood with disgust.

She saw me and tensed up.

I walked right in front of her.

“Leave us.” I told my guards.

They nodded and left.
