Trucker

Everyone’s life seems to be moving on. Yet firefighter Mayson “Trucker” Calhoune feels stuck. There is nothing he can do about any of it, even after talking to Moose, Kaos, and Zoom. When he gets the chance to flee the city to train cadets hoping to be firefighters, he feels as if his firehouse is abandoning him, but he goes. The last thing he expects to find is trouble.

Taji is the small town’s pariah. But she is used to being alone. When they ask for someone to host a visiting firefighter, she agrees.

Thinking she will do this job then he’ll go home.

But her past is catching up to her and she never expects Trucker.
