Designing with the Mountain Man

When their worlds collided again, this time there was no letting go.

The day my ex showed up on the doorstep of the bakery I recently opened with my best friend, I wasn’t surprised. I knew I’d run into him at some point in this small town.
But when he asked me to do a wall mural painting for a child’s bedroom, I told him it was impossible. I decorated cakes, not walls.
Yet as he swept me back under his spell, he also made me believe in myself. And each other.
Our love had never truly ended.
It was only just beginning.
