Do you want me to swap with you so you can get something to eat?

I don’t think I can eat. My stomach is in knots.

Mav is going home soon; we can bring you something if you want. Like a book or a toothbrush?

Me

The nurse actually gave me a toothbrush and some magazines. I appreciate it though.

Cal

I let the nurses know that no one is allowed in to see him other than us. His mother included. So you should be safe from any unwanted visitors.

Fuck. I wasn’t even thinking about reporters or fans trying to get in here. This lifestyle is something I’m seriously not used to. I’m glad Cal thought of it.
