Daniel kisses me before leaving to the clubhouse for the meeting they were supposed to have yesterday. Hopefully everything goes well and there’s no problem. I walk in the Jerome house and Jordan was chasing after Nikki.

“Leave me alone!”

“What’s the fun in that?” Jordan says as he continues to chase her. I smile they are so cute. Lydia walks up to me with a big smile on her face.

“Hey Kate.”

“Hey Lydia. Are you going to help your daughter out?”

“Nope she can handle herself, plus I was just thinking when they get older it would be okay if she ends up with Jordan. I can see it can’t you?” I laugh she’s right on that.

“I do. They remind me of when Daniel and I were kids he wouldn’t leave me alone.” Lydia laughs.

“Of course not. Look at you guys now maybe they can have that too one day.”

“It’s possible but it's not going to be easy.”

“That’s for sure, they are both so much like their fathers it’s crazy.” Lydia has a point, I noticed the older they get the more they are like their parents. And stubbornness runs in this family.

“That could be a good thing. They won’t give up on what they want.” Lydia nods her head.

“Very true. Do you think you can help us out with the kids?”

“Of course. Do you want me to take some off your hands? I’ll take them to the park.”

“That would be great, Lily has been wanting to go to the park.”

“Alright I’ll take Lily and Leslie.”

“That would be perfect thank you.”

“Not a problem I love the kids and it’s great to be around them.”

“I know and they love you just as much. I’ll go get the girls.” Lily ran into my arms and I picked both girls up.

“Are you both ready to go to the park?”

“Yes.” The girls say with big smiles on their faces. Lydia gives me her car keys and I took them to the park. When we got to the park the girls ran to the slide. Lily places Leslie in front of her and slides down, I took a picture of the girls sliding down and they had big smiles on their faces.

“Aunty Kate swings.” Leslie says in the cute baby voice.

“What do you think Lily swings?”

“Yes.” I place Leslie in the swing and I push both girls. Hearing their giggles is the sweetest sound and I love it. I can’t wait to hear my own child giggle one day.

“Uncle Ray!” I hear the girls squeal and I turn around and he had a big smile on his face with a can of Arizona.

“Hey girls are you thirsty?” He asks and the girls node their heads. He came at a good time I was going to take the girls to the store.

“Hey, what are you doing here?” I ask.

“I just got out of the meeting with the guys and I was passing by when I saw you with the girls thought you might want a drink.”

“Thank you, I was just about to take them to the store.” He opens the can and gives it to Lily.

“How was the meeting? And why were you there?”
