“Thank you. I don’t know how you did it, but you truly made me think about my actions. I am ready I just need to prove it to the people that love me that I am ready.” I give her a hug and walked out the door.

That’s when things started to mess with my head, that’s when the three people who put me on the crash course in the first place started to play games, and not only mess with my head but they started to hurt the people that mean the most to me.

Chapter Thirty-Five

Eagle

I sat staring at the door after she left for her appointment. I could see the hurt in her eyes when she made the statement about playing with herself and we didn’t say anything.

“Did you not see how hurt she was?” I ask, still staring at the door.

Why does it feel like I am losing her, and I just got her? I know for a fact she is ready, but I am so scared that she will shy away when we get naked and into the moment that we both don’t act on our feelings.

“She looked like you squished her turtle. I don’t know why I can’t act on the feelings I have. I know that she is it for me.” Drills has his head hanging low.

“I think it’s time we pulled our head out of our asses and...” My voice is cut off by my phone and Drills ringing.

“Yo, you got Drills,” he answers. At the same time, I answer mine.

“Eagle, its Vaps listen Sweet cheeks is here, and she is making a huge scene. She said that if you and Drills don’t come that she will start to gut people, she has a huge knife,” Vaps whispers into the phone.

“Vaps get all the muffler bunnies and any other female out of there now, hide,” I growl into the phone as Drills hangs his up.

“We got to go,” he starts, and I am already off the couch, heading for my boots.

“I’m just going to say this, my gut is telling me that somehow this situation is going to end up in a way that may either set us back or completely fuck us for the future,” I growl and storm out the door to my bike.

Before I take off on my bike, I look to the clouds and whisper, “Sis, if you are watching over me, please encompass my girlfriend and brother in your protection. Please don’t let anything happen to them. They are all I can feel, and if something should happen, please give them the strength to get through this and be with me in the future.I have a bad feeling about this.”

With that I start up my bike and speed off, to see what we have a building at the compound, but my gut is telling me that the true danger is lurking around the corner at our house.

Amelia

“I wonder where the fuck the two wonder boys are going to so fast.” I grumble as I watch them speed off into the distance.

Just as I am about to turn into the driveway, my phone rings with an unknown name.

“Hello Amelia Mackenzie speaking?” I hesitantly say into the phone.

“Yes Drills, right fucking there, oh Eagles eat my ass,” a feminine moan says into the phone. This causes me to smile because I know exactly who it is.

“You dumb bitch, you should really make sure you know where I am before you try to force your doubt into my head. I have enough fucking demons in there to wage war with Satan himself, but right now, my eyes are feasting on the glorious asses of my men. Grow the fuck up and get the fuck out. Your fucking high school games are boring, and I want nothing to do with your mind games,” I chuckle as I hear her gasp into the phone.

“They are here right now with me.” She tries again.

“What part of I am staring at their ass on their bikes right now did you not understand, or do you just not understand simple English? Bitch, grow the fuck up,” I threaten.

“Yours is coming, bitch. I can’t wait to hear the stories my brothers will tell me,” she cackles into the phone.

“Bitch please, my inner witch is more dangerous than yours. You need a padded room and broth to drink. Psycho bitch,” I growl and hang up the phone.

I dial Drills and before he says anything, “I don’t know where you are going, but for everything that’s right in this world, please keep yours and Eagles asses covered.” “What baby?” he says.

“I just got a phone call and I want you to be safe.” I state.

“Amelia, if you're back at our place, don’t go.” He doesn’t get to finish because he loses cell phone service.

“Looks like I am going to have to look at getting us all satellite phones if we plan on living out here,” I grumble and get out of my car, heading into the house.
